Worst Purchase | Complete Failure of RO System | Waste of Money I am extremely disappointed with the AQUA MARINE 50 LPH Commercial RO Water Purifier. This product has completely failed to perform its basic function. Even after installing this RO purifier, the water still tastes very salty and is not drinkable at all. We checked the TDS level of the so-called “filtered” water and it is still around 1600, which is shockingly high. For an RO system, especially a commercial RO, this is totally unacceptable. It clearly means the RO membrane or purification system is not working properly. This product is advertised as a double-purification commercial RO plant, but in real use it does not purify the water. Clean, safe, and good-tasting water is the main reason anyone buys an RO purifier, and this unit has completely failed to deliver. Because of the poor quality, we were sometimes forced to use this water only for cooking, not for drinking. To make things worse, the purifier has now started overflowing, which shows there is a serious defect in the system. When we contacted the company for service, they demanded extra money for a service visit and for additional parts, even though the product is still under warranty (purchased in November). This is completely unethical and unacceptable. Amazon asked us to contact the company, but the company is not providing proper support, leaving the customer stuck with a defective product. After spending a large amount on a commercial RO, this kind of response is very frustrating. Overall, this product is a waste of money, poorly supported, and does not do what it claims. A commercial RO that delivers 1600 TDS salty water is useless. I strongly do NOT recommend this product to anyone. Please think carefully before buying.
