it taste as it is label and better than i expected from an creatine and electrolyte gummy product. and it is one of the best tasting creatine gummy i have ever try, i had tried both flavour by myprotein and this is way better. and it is value for money in my opinion. as i have less stomach issues. the gummy is chewy as i like chemy gummies. the quality of packaging and size is good.

So I thought I’d give these a go and they are very nice, I’d just say maybe slightly overpriced for what you get considering the portion size. I’ve been a creatine drinker for a while and you can get so much more for your money if all you care about is getting creatine into your system and not how you get it in there. They are very nice so can’t fault them there but I still think I prefer the powder form

Over priced massively. Apparently the company is dodgy (google them) and they sell these and they have basically no creatine in them at all.

They come in a 30 day supply and each serving is 3 gummies with a huge 4500mg of creatine, for £21.59 that is a fantastic price and great value for money!

I feel daft writing a review after the first time Ive tried these but these arent so easy to eat, very powdery. Maybe easier and cheaper to buy powder creatine
