Makes light work of anything
This knife is excellent it makes light work of anything I've thrown at it. Judging by the quality of the material and the lack of a buttress at the near end of the blade I trust that it will be easy to resharpen down the line when required leading to a long life for this blade.

Great budget knife for the home
The knife arrived with a great sharp edge, a very nice knife to hold and use. This one is perfect for the amateur cook at home on a budget. I haven't had it long enough to see how the blade holds it edge but it's held up well over the last month or so. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for an efficient chef knife on a budget.

Superb knife
Very cheap price compared to sabatier own brand knives and super sharp. Couldn't be happier with this product. Highly recommended.

Sabatier - but not top end
The knife is OK - its a bit light and the blade is "light" too---its OK but not top notch. I like a decent weight in the knife and in the blade too and this one is just a bit light. Does the job ok but not a "thing of pleasure" to use. think it is reasonable value.

Great knife
So impressed with this knife. Husband somehow lost his favourite sharp knife, took a chance on this and he's really pleased with it. So sharp, and better than the one missing.
