It's a Good quality one and healthy one at that as well. Been buying this brand regularly(8 kgs so far and the next order is round the corner) and they have maintained the quality consistently which is impressive. We roast it without salt and consume it as an evening snack. Tastes like roasted peanut to some extent. You can trust this product and brand based on my experience. Hope they maintain the quality in the long run as well.

Great quality pumpkin seeds guys. Would totally recommend it. It tastes good both raw and as as well for the laddoos my mom makes with this pumpkin seeds and other minimum ingredients.
