The ALPHAGEAR Raptor watch was really good quality . It looked really nice and easy to use . It also very rugged and great for a outdoorsman .

I ordered a Raptorpro less than a year ago, and have been very disappointed with the quality of their products as well as the quality of their customer service. The watch functionality is just okay, but since my purchase I have had to order 2 separate replacement watch bands after the first one broke about a month into wearing it. One replacement was a rubber watch band, which also broke after roughly a month, and the other was a black metal band, which has also now fallen apart. I am now unable to wear my watch at all because I no longer have a band for it. Also, I had to order a new charger for my watch after the first one that came with the watch broke (the magnets fell out). Lastly, the "unscratchable" watch face they advertise online is showing a large scratch which happened from normal wear shortly after I received it. I did try reaching out to customer service about these issue, and was told that because I didn't pay extra for an extended warranty, they would not do anything to replace these cheap broken items. (I bought it less than a year ago). Disappointing for a self proclaimed American company. Don't waste your time with these.

I bought this for a gift and I am overall impressed. The watch feels solid and rugged on the wrist, and the screen looks great even outdoors. Call and message notifications work reliably, and the battery life is a big plus. The fitness and wellness tracking covers everything I need, though the app interface could be a bit more polished. Instructions in tiny letters in several languages, it took me a while to figure out how to make it work. A nice gift. For the price, it’s a strong and dependable smartwatch. Bigger screen than expected. Big huge plus that it is a Miami family business. Kudos.

Love it. Very durable and easy to pair and set up. Will looking to get a new metal band for it. I’m practically don’t take it off at all. We’ll just to shower.
