You probably read this all the time, but it's true for me: I generally never leave a review, but I HAD to share my ultra POSITIVE experience with Jack and Rose, specifically with customer service rep Jaina! First off, the clippers are amazing. Cordless, lightweight feeling in hand, but at the same time it feels solid. The design on the unit makes cutting hair easy, smooth and confident. The battery is amazing. We did about five haircuts, about 20 minutes each and the battery only went from 100% to 80%. UNBELIEVABLE. I went from a corded clipper to this cordless clipper. I was hesitant about how often I would need to charge and reluctantly decided to go cordless. BEST DECISION. The freedom of no cords is amazing, plus no worries about charging and charging. Oh, the clippers are sharp too, no hair pulling! I did have a minor issue with my clipper, I reached out to them and thier customer service rep, JAINA was great. She listened to me and came up with a perfect solution immediately. Immediately! OMG!! So I am glad to share my experience with Jack and Rose. The clipper works beyond my expectations and IF you need to communicate with them for any reason, rest assured they will take care of you! Thanks Jaina!!!

I've cut my own hair for the majority of the past 10 years or so, and I've always used "cheap" trimmers from Wal-Mart or TJ Maxx and spend about $15-$20. Usually those trimmers leave me feeling that, while my hair is noticeably shorter, it doesn't feel cut properly. That isn't the case with these clippers. I got them last night and I'd been waiting to cut my hair till they arrived. As soon as they showed up, I checked the charge - 100%, snapped on the guard and went to work. I've got to say, these are miles ahead of the cheap clippers I have used in the past. They feel like a quality device. They're hefty, the guards snap on securely, they are quieter than cheap clippers and the job they do actually feels complete. I usually have an area on the back of my head, at the base of my neck that is tough to get done thoroughly, but these got it on the first try. I am very impressed and happy with this purchase.

Edger broke after less than a year, but great clippers. If the edger didn’t break, it would be 5 stars!

Term Review (1 Year) : I’ve been using this product for nearly a year, and it’s still going strong. It continues to perform reliably and meets my expectations just as it did when I first purchased it. What really stands out is the exceptional customer service. They truly stand behind their product and were helpful and responsive when answering my questions, which adds a lot of confidence to the purchase.

I’m not a stylist. Senior male, my wife, cancer survivor uses them as well. The clipper set should be good for all hair types. I use 3 and below. I cut my hair and yes it does require practice, wifey helps with trimming, I have a three way mirror. I also use to trim a light beard and mustache. Fast recharging, I have never run out of battery. $40 to $50 a clip in my city, I go to the stylist just to keep me abreast and to learn. I would highly record for a family to include my pet. Oh, customer service is prompt, I needed to order a replacement cord, lost the original.

The best clippers I have ever used...and the only one I have ever used. But seriously, it works great and I love the design of the clippers, it feels so high quality.

I am not a professional, I have never cut hair before ordering these, but I was able to give my husband a complete haircut using these clippers, a spray bottle, a comb, and hair scissors. It’s a really nice weight, it feels nice in your hand. After using them for a little too long due to my beginner status, the battery only drained 10%. They are not very loud, and the fact that they’re cordless is crucial. Super great buy for the price. If you’re looking for ways to cut back on expenses during these trying times, I’d encourage you to watch a quick vid and learn how to cut the fam’s hair! No regrets 🙂

This is a great trimmer and comes with a lot of accessories. It cuts well and I highly recommend.

Es una máquina bonita de ver, pero luego al utilizarla no se va a la zaga. Es magnífica, rápida, silenciosa y corta el pelo sin tirones ni enganches. Es de la .mejor compra que he hecho en Amazon. Espero que dure. Su autonomía es también espectacular. Me entró ayer y ayer mismo me corté el pelo y sigue aún al 100% de batería. Lo recomiendo a todo el .mundo que pase de ir al peluquero.
