Igloo Legacy Cooler | Insulated Hard Shell Ice Chest

Impulse buy on sale. Cooler is really pretty with nice hardware. I have quite a few Igloo coolers of different models, and this is the only one I've had that is stainless sided. I don't think I'd want to sit on this one in fear I might dent the lid or crease it. Hardware is really fancy (hinges, latches, handles). Too nice to take fishing (looks like it would be more difficult to clean fish slime and guts off of especially aroud metal edges and crevices.) I don't have any friends, so I have nowhere to take this to show it off. I'll just show it off to my dog and other ice chests.

I needed to find a cooler for the back of my truck. I haven't tested it out yet but since I only bought it for 1 days use at a time, I'm sure it will be more than adequate for my needs. It's a very classy looking cooler and it's going to look great in my truck. I can't wait to load it up and use it this summer!

Cooler came dented and discolored. Absolutely crappy quality for a cooler that costs over $250 with taxes. It’s like Igloo has no quality control. We returned it immediately.

Item was delivered boxed up properly but still had a very slight dent on the side. It also DOES NOT hold ice very well. I put a bag of ice in it while the cooler was inside my home and the ice melted very quickly. Don’t bother with this one. It looks nice but that is about it.

Fair warning — this cooler showed up looking extremely dirty and had streaky marks on it. This is the first time I’ve had to clean a brand new product that I have purchased. Fortunately, I took some Zep Stainless Steel polisher to it and it looked brand new. It was bizarre and weird I had to clean a brand new cooler, but it looks beautiful now and I don’t regret purchasing it.

cooler looks real nice does the job
