Things do not always go perfectly when ordering online. It’s how the company handles the mishaps that truly show their integrity. I ordered these for a labor cookout with my neighbors. Unfortunately three of the chairs had come apart in shipping or weren’t properly welded when made. I ordered too late to do anything before Labor Day and we couldn’t sit back in the chairs because the backs would slice through the frame. The intact chairs meet expectations and were comfortable. I contacted customer support that day and by the next day had a response apologizing and asking for a picture to verify the chairs condition. I sent a picture and they in return promptly sent replacement chairs. There was no back and forth or pleading to get the issue solved. Just a prompt and accurate solution. I definitely recommend SweetCrispy products and will do business again with them.

Nice chairs! Keep them in the garage for easy storing. They are also very comfortable, and the padding makes it to where it isn’t cold when you sit.

we had some other "cheaper" branded ones from another foreign big box store close to us. unfortunately those seemed really flimsy plastic and just don't hold up well. these on the other hand looked very much like our "Churches chairs" that we use for church functions, with the padded front and back, they are great and our guest seem more comfortable and feel more at home in these than the other ones we had. My wife got these to replace the other ones for family and friend functions and she used them for her bunko night with her friends. which was a huge success. glad we found these for a great price!

These hold a very large man with no bending or creaking. Padding is slightly better than our previous folding chairs. Pro and con is that they don't fold/unfold easy -- great feature when carrying them, but it does take two hands to unfold them.

Like them but 4 not a 5 as not as sturdy as desired but a good product for the cost.

These chairs are average weight. They fold up and out easily. I was putting together a complicated cabinet and used one of these to sit on as I worked to get the project done. I think I used the chair for at least 3 hours and stayed totally comfortable. The pads on the chair are standard and comfortable. They look nice and are sturdy. They are a standard sized folding chair with a more than adequate weight limit. I'm happy I purchased these particular chairs.

I’m well satisfied with these chairs ! I ordered black for meetings and they came individually wrapped in plastic with a moisture pack in each chair. Zero scratches because they were well wrapped and I truly was more impressed with them in person with the quality. Very comfortable with leather cushioned pad on the seat and back. I’m very impressed with the cost, packaging, quality, rubber covers on the legs, comfortable padding and shipping was fast just in a few days. I would highly recommend these chairs for any events ! I ordered 24 chairs and they came packaged 4 chairs per box. I will be ordering a rack to hang them on the wall soon.

You get what you pay for. Chairs are fine. One back fell off first use. Didn’t know how to return one without the other so I kept them all
