*Update*: after 2 days the device died :( Stopped charging and (obviously) now won't turn on. Which is a pity, I was starting to make some headway using Sunshine+Moonlight to stream to it with a bit more quality *Original*: Very disappointing device. Have tried Steam Link and Parsec so far and both have quality/latency problems. And forget about running discord at the same time - it cut the already poor framerate in half due to performance issues with the device. I'd be returning it but sadly I no longer have the box. On top of that, this is really the wrong form factor for such a thing. It should be smaller and squatter, and usable single-handed. Instead it's so long it is uncomfortable to use because the leverage makes it unpleasantly heavy as a remote. They really should make something in the shape of a closed Motorola Razr. Will also add the thing feels fairly cheap and plasticky, and the screen is a little washed out.

This can take 3d pictures OK and you can view them in 3d with the expensive glasses. You can watch 2d videos in a 3d area OK and play games on Steam in 2d. other than that the 3d side is a nightmare. I have put 3d films on the unit that sometime work often not, it then leaves you in limo because you have no way of doing anything because the controls in the Xreal app stop working, you are left with no alternative but to unplug the glasses and try again. I did try putting the 3d video's onto the SD card and then plugging that in only to find the Xreal couldn't see them and asked me to reformat the SD card. I tied using the VLS app to stream 3d onto the device it shows side by side but wouldn't go into 3d mode Update 1. 09/09/2024 I have now got these working on the PC after a lot of effort. I bought a cable fro Amazon that supply's Power and HDMI. I'm currently using an App called Pot Player that works well but it's a bit of a learning curve With Default Air casting on The App I was using V.L.C, Didn't allow a user to use the Glasses when using the XREAL Pro. I have now tried out a number of other Apps most of them give you issues of one kind or another. Currently trying out Nova Video Player. Most of these Android Video Player apps don't seem to work well with S.B.S half width Videos as they don't go full screen in the Air Pro 2 With Default Air casting off When you first connect the glasses point your head where you want the screen to be and point the XREALl in the same Direction. a bit difficult to use it's not the best. I have now connected a Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard to help when Air is casting on

The 'AR Space' and stereoscopic camera here are novelties. The device however is not particularly great. The 3dof is unusable for me as unlike with the XRGaming Steamdeck plugin, body anchor drifts to the right and smooth follow drifts up or down. In AR mode, there is also white sparkling on dark video sections. All of these problems go away if you just use 2D mode - but at that point, why not just hook the glasses up to your phone or whatever? The only reasons I'm keeping this are: 1. Means I don't kill my phone battery 2. This has two USB ports, one for charge and one for glasses (could've done with a 3.5mm jack though). 3. My phone is a Pixel 7, so no display out on USB C. On the other hand, the glasses work just as well with my Samsung tablet. It's just too big to walk around with. if I had a Samsung phone with Dex, I would have probably returned this.

Waste of money and time. Does not work with xreal one glasses. Managed to get it to work twice in about 200 tries. Only one of the advertised features ever worked during the 2 times it seemed to be working.

It's good when paired with the xreal air 2 pros. I've used this mainly as a big screen on the go. Not had any real issues with it apart from the occasional crash when paired with headphone via Bluetooth.

Very good with the glasses makes it a lot better than without this, one major disappointment is it dosent work with my handheld gaming device (Rog Ally X).

For that price a good camera! Not the best for near, or macro, you need to be at least 2 meters distance, but for the rest a good buy, the battery goes quick down, so you will need a power pack, but for the rest its a good buy!

Es fühlt sich in der Hand etwas billiger an aber was unter der Haube steckt, hat mich echt überzeugt 👍🏻. TOP Gerät. Läuft super schnell und sehr flüssig. Hat eine sehr gute und stabile Hardware verbaut 👍🏻👍🏻 3D Videos mit Verbindung einer AR- Brille 😳😳 unglaublich gut. Ich bin voll begeistert. Allerdings muss ich auch sagen, die Qualität bei normalen Fotos ist nicht so ganz besonders gut wie bei gewöhnlichen Smartphones. Die Kamera scheint da etwas Licht sensible zu sein. Aber sei ihm verziehen. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden und kann dieses Gerät mit ruhigem gewissen weiter empfehlen 👍🏻👍🏻 einfach TOP ✌🏻

Connecté sur mes lunettes, c'est le top. Films en 3D pendant les heures de train et d'avion, on ne peut rêver mieux. Adieu les attentes sans fin. De quoi tenir 2 films environ. Qualité de construction au rendez-vous.

Ik kon niet wachten om de XREAL Beam Pro te proberen. Eenmaal ingesteld deden veel streaming services het niet zoals HBO Max en SkyShowtime. Netflix deed het wel en YouTube ook. Alleen was de kwaliteit van de stream enorm laag. Bij YouTube had ik 2160p 60 fps gezet en begon hij te stotteren. Zelfs op 1080p 60 fps. Bij 720p 60 fps speelde hij het normaal af. De kleuren waren ook erg dof. Heb toen m’n iPhone 15 pro Max weer aangesloten en alles liep als een zonnetje. Zelfs op 2160. Ook het scherm was helderder. Scherm grootte kon ik alleen wijzigen van medium naar large en large was niet zo groot als wanneer ik ‘m aansluit op m’n iPhone. Heb een spatial video en foto gemaakt en bekeken maar alles flikkert tijdens het kijken van de foto en video. Ik snap eerlijk gezegd niet dat dit uit is gekomen in deze staat. De streaming services zullen het in de toekomst wel doen maar de kwaliteit is geen pro waardig. Heb ‘m meteen terug gestuurd.

Für den unschlagbar günstigen Preis eine gute 3D Kamera. Ja, man kann nur wenig manuell einstellen, aber die Ergebnisse sind nicht schlechter als die Bilder der doppelt so teuren Konkurrenz.
