Worth the price
Best massager for neck , shoulder and even back pain, easy to use, fits well and it's adjustable, product built quality is great, the pressure is so perfect for pain and stress relief, heat function is not very promising, it doesn't seem much heavy when massaging, the weight is very negligible, the 3 speed works really well, i would rate it 10/10

Very Bad product, waste of money. Brand sucks.
Worst product ever. Very weak power. No heat therapy. Do not buy it. Buy from other company. It is bad quality, lowest performance. I have used many massagers for my shoulder pain, I thought I would give this "cult" company a try. Big mistake!

Pain reliever
The product was so good and helpful in relieving pain. I think it's a necessary product for every home that has back pain and neck pain.

Sabse ghatiya brand ...
Worst product stopped working after 5 days no response from brand .. . Called them and explained all details still no clear answer from them .. mailed there customer center still no reply ... If your money is hard earned than, please don't order this sit .. look other brands . Cult is worst ..

Decent quality product, price is a bit on the higher
At first I received a damaged item which I later had to exchange. But the product I recieved second time was good. No visible damage to the product of the shipping box, this massager is more Inclined towards neck massage rather than shoulder massage, consider getting a different product specifically for shoulder massage.
