Ghost is always on point with their flavors, Peach was no exception. It really does taste exactly like those candy peach rings, I was very impressed. The actual effect was excellent too, I took just one and a half scoops (no clumping btw), not the full two scoops, and I felt the effects really kick in about a half hour later. Clean energy that helped me get through chest day. It also made me feel really great after the gym, more energy than I've had for an afternoon lift in a long time. This will be my new nightly pre-workout for the gym. Good stuff.

The peach flavor is definitely very strong, but it is quite tasty. Just make sure you cut it with enough water, or the sour/sweetness will have you grimacing. I went caffeine-free for a month, so I was looking for something that was stim-free that could still serve as a great pre-workout. This was a great option, as it gives you something to look forward to before going to the gym, and it definitely gives you a nice meaty pump. Pro tip, add a couple pinches of salt, or eat a tablespoon of honey in addition to the Ghost powder for the craziest pump you've ever had. Product is definitely a little expensive at about a dollar per serving, but most gym centered products are, so this is nothing new. Overall would recommend!

I’ve always enjoyed the flair of Ghost products and have used them for the last couple years. However recently I began developing some stomach issues and began researching the supplements I was taking in more depth. I came to find that Ghost, and many other brands, use silicon dioxide to prevent the product from clumping. This additive has been linked to weakening the gastrointestinal system and even development of celiac disease. I experimented with cutting this out of my workout routine and have since had no stomach issues. For a brand that advertises themselves as a health product you would think we could cut out the extra crap that does harm.

I chose this as a stimulant free preworkout because I hate caffeine jitters and don't love tingles from beta alanine. I started lower than the recommended dose and worked my way up over a week or so. I cannot say I noticed any increase in pump, maybe one or two workouts where I really made that the objective. I never approached two scoops and at my bodyweight that might be more effective. I intend to buy another tub and dose a little more aggressively to see if there are increased benefits. There were absolutely no negative effects whatsoever. I had pineapple which was tasty. Mixes pretty dang easily and in a full scoop only left a tiny amount of residue at the bottom of the cup. I might be slightly biased as in years past I have tried all the preworkout crazes (like the original no-xplode and Jack3d) but those were of course full of stimulants and completely different ingredient profile. If I up the dose and find that there are additional results, I will definitely upgrade this review to 5 stars. Overall I think my favorite part of this is the simple and direct labeling and ingredients. This isn't proprietary or weird.

Tried this for the first time. Flavor is good, no stim so it doesn’t make me itchy and jittery.
