Good quality and comfortable to use.
The arc buds are better than common ear buds. One because these remain stuck to ear and don't fall off. Second the sound doesn't impact the air drum directly thereby preventing any damage to ear drums. This product on use worked well and gives high quality of sound. Glad that I purchased it.

Elite Comfort, Mid-Tier Tech
The Good: Weightless fit—you'll forget they’re on. Battery life is a tank, and the sound is actually crisp for open-ear. The Bad: The "Spatial Audio" is a total gimmick—don't bother. Dual pairing is glitchy, and the Bluetooth lag is real. Verdict: Buy for the comfort, stay for the battery, but expect the "smart" features to flop.

Exceeded Expectations
The range is slightly lesser than I'd like but everything else is great. Latency is unnoticeable, fit is comforting and audio is rich. Great product for such a tiny price point.

very good replacement for Apple buds
These earphones are so cool and made in India .... love that it comes in a case and colour is very poppy and trendy. It doesn't need to go inside the earlobe and that fixed all my ex-problems with ear phones. Although, it starts to pain a bit after an hpur or 2 of wear so I take it off. That could be because of the shape or it is tight. It fits well and doesnt come off as I expected. And the sound quality is really good!

Excellent Experience — Just a Tad Premium in Price
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been using the CrossBeats OWS for a little while now and it’s been a solid performer. The sound quality is more than decent — vocals are clear, highs crisp, and the bass hits with enough punch for daily listening. The build feels robust and premium, giving confidence that these earbuds are built to last. The battery is outstanding — they easily go through the day with heavy use and the charging case extends playback significantly. Though the price is on the higher side compared to similar open‑ear earbuds—usually around ₹3,800–₹4,000 in Indian deals —you get a well‑rounded package. With features like spatial audio/head‑tracking, comfortable fit, and IPX5 water resistance, they deliver real value. If you’re willing to spend just a little extra, these are totally worth it for the performance and features you get.
