Great for pumpkin spice coffee syrup- recipe below
I recently used this spice mix to make pumpkin spice latte syrup. We always make iced coffee at home and we wanted Starbucks pumpkin spiced lattes but they weren’t yet in store. I made this sauce recipe and it was so close to the genuine flavour. The syrup has to be kept in the fridge but I put it into small containers in the freezer. 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup water 2/3 cup pumpkin purée (can buy in a tin from Asda and sainsburys) 1 can condensed milk (397g) 1/4 tsp salt 3 tbsp pumpkin spice mix (may need more depending on preference) Mix sugar and water in a pan on low-med heat until the sugar has dissolved. Add the pumpkin and mix to combine Add the condensed milk, salt and pumpkin spice mix and stir to combine Heat for a few more minutes before decanting into a container

Fantastic Christmassy spice mix!
Made my first Vegan sticky toffee pumpkin cake. This spice mix smells so nice and christmassy I've ordered another! Using it in cakes, crumbles! Gorgeous! Value for money, and speedy delivery!
