Good food source
Excellent isopod food. My colony is thriving. Just be sure to put it on a dry surface and not directly on moist dirt or leaves as it will mold if you give too much. I will be back to buy again

My rollie pollies love it
The isopods goes absolutely crazy for it! They love it. I sprinkle it on fresh veggies as an added treat too. My powder oranges and dairy cows are fans and they look happy, healthy and have healthy shells. I will never go without this stuff! Mixing it with boiling water you can make some solid treats too. I put it in a silicon ice tray and freeze em then pop em in the tank when they need a little extra humidity or let the mixture dry and serve it as chunks. Sprinkling it inside their tank works just as good

My isopods and springtails love this stuff
My isopods and springtails love this stuff. I just dust it in my paludarium and in a few minutes they are swarming all over it.

Your isopods will love this!
My isopod colonies love these. I use it dry and just sprinkle it into their environments. It keeps them healthy and happy. It’s a good size for the value and last awhile.

Delicious bug food
My isopods love this food. They were on it within 10 minutes of it being placed in the enclosure. It’s very easy to make up and when frozen, it’s good for a long time! The color is a greenish and it doesn’t smell terribly bad. A good price for something that makes so much bug food! I chose to freeze the extra food made up. Best to thaw before placing in a dish for your bugs because they could drowned in the excess ice that thaws off of the frozen pieces.

Isopod's favorite supplemental food
It is true what they say, isopods love this when you use the gel version. Mine also ate it powered (dry), however they really prefer when it is in gel form. The measurements do not need to be exact. I just tap a bit of powder into an empty eggshell "bowl," pour a tiny dribble of hot water (from kettle) in the "bowl". Then stir... and it will begin to set into a gel-blob pretty quickly. It doesn't need to be chilled to firm up, it happens in seconds. My Zebra and Vulgare both really like it. If you didn't already know, it's mostly algae powder with some additional nutrition. Ground up plants and stuff. They love tiny stuff that is easy to eat, it seems. Repashy is a reputable brand for pet food (they give a lot of their products funny names). Supposedly they originally made this product for algae eater fish and people reported their isopods loving it so much, that Repashy changed the packaging and marketing to feature isopods. It's often recommended by isopod keepers, and I am one more person to try it and endorse it. It is their favorite treat. More than vegetables and fruit I've tried so far, and more than the live plants in the tank. Note that this is only a supplement item, and their main food is leaf litter. Photo 1 - fresh gel Repashy discovered quickly by Vulgare. Photo 2 - dry powder Repashy (green color) being eaten by Vulgare. (The yellow powder is "nutritional yeast" powder. The dark brown spots are frass.)
