Poor and Amazon very poor customer service
Device is working intermittently after 1.5months. Contact Belkin to activate warranty, which is valid for 2 years, however it was denied. Contact amazon customer service, and warranty claim denied also.

The item arrived in very poor condition. The box is torn, dented, and opened with the seal broken, as if it was previously used or mishandled during shipping. I am requesting a return and refund because I cannot accept the product in this state.
