The Oral-B iO electric toothbrush is extremely effective in really getting teeth clean. The brush replacements are essential - every 3 months, give or take - and they are not cheap, to be sure. However, getting the most out of the investment in this type of toothbrush, which also isn't cheap, means replacing the brush heads on a regular basis. These are pretty much like other electric toothbrush heads - softness isn't really the issue, but properly letting the brush glide over your teeth is.

Love these toothbrush heads. Tried a different kind but weren’t as stiff and didn’t last as long. These last the three months expected.

I love my Oral B I/O toothbrush and the genuine Ultimate Clean Replacement Brushes are my favorite because they leave my teeth and my husbands as clean as after a dental cleaning. They are not hard on my sensitive gums or teeth and they will last 3 months as recommended unless you tend to brush too hard like I do…the bristles are colored and the color is supposed to get lighter as it gets closer to needing to be replaced. I usually change them at or just before three months even though I clean them well they will mold if you don’t leave them off the toothbrush after cleaning every night, especially in a bath where you shower and it gets hot in SC. They fit like new each time and aren’t noisy and are very easy to use and change out. Product is 5 stars🤩 But…. **Took 3 days shy of one month, several times reaching out to seller and just kept getting shipping notices stating running late, then may be lost!! I contacted Amazon and they magically showed up but seller never responded about the time and lack of communication, so I had already ordered from another seller because we needed them, thus 4 stars.***

I have a Phillips system but my dentist wanted me to switch to Oral-B. Oral-B makes quite a few different brushes and they're all really, really good. I've tried the off-brand and there's no comparison; the genuine article seats well on the handle, bristles stand up to the wear and tear, and they seem to be more compact/tighter/denser than the copies. With all I've spent on my Invisaligns, I wasn't gonna skimp on the maintenance end of the process.

The packaging is not as depicted in the listing. It is just a plain white slightly torn box. Not presentable as a gift. Toothbrush heads inside are individually packed with Oral B logo. Hope that means it’s authentic.

This product offers good value and is MUCH cheaper than buying in-store in Australia. It fits on the toothbrush and offers a great buying option to otherwise very expensive toothbrush heads.
