Good product, value for money

The flat portion of the mop broke after about 6 months of use. Why is Scotch Brite selling this at such a high price??? Also, there's no option of just buying a replacement mop from Scotch Brite, or is it intentionally done?

It’s a great product for households with pet . It cleans the floor well with no residue lines . Very happy so far been just a week hope it lasts long.

I recently bought the Scotch-Brite Flat Mop from Amazon and overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality. The mop itself is sturdy, easy to use, and the microfiber cloth cleans really well. The quality is genuinely awesome and feels premium compared to many other options in the market. The packaging was also perfect—well-packed with no damage to the box or the product inside, which I really appreciated. However, the one thing that disappointed me was that only one microfiber cloth was included. Even though the description clearly mentions that there is one refill, I still feel that for the price, there should be at least two microfiber cloths. The cost of this mop is much higher compared to other brands, and those cheaper options usually provide at least two microfiber pads in the box. If Scotch-Brite added one more cloth, it would make the product much more worth the price. Apart from that, the mop itself is excellent in quality and performance.

The product is decent and works as expected for basic floor cleaning. However, I was not fully satisfied with the build quality and overall ease of use. The design could have been more user-friendly, as handling and operation feel slightly inconvenient during regular cleaning. The user experience needs improvement, especially in terms of ergonomics and sturdiness. Overall, it is an okay product, but build quality and usability could definitely be better for the price.

THE PRODUCT BUILT QUALITY JUSTIFY THE COST OF THIS ITEM.

The best gift i gave my mom. The water drying and dirt removing bucket and the microfibre cloth and easy to handle mop which can be easily setup and dismantled to store is great. The hassle of squeezing the mop and drying the mop outside is removed. If we want to wash the microfibre we can do that by removing it.

READ FIRST! Overall mop is good, cleans well, easy to manage and store. However it has questionable built quality. The handle/rod broke in few months. Worst part?! Couldn't even find that part anywhere. My over ₹2500 mop is sitting in the corner USELESS. I encourage company/seller to guide me to the link where I can buy the damn part only!
