Best Upgrade For a Small Household / Kitchen
I absolutely adore my Airfryer as a kitchen support and as a main meal cooking device. Had a Nutricook 5.7L variant and wanted more space, but my kitchen counter is too tight. Enter Ninja XL Double Stack. When they first released it, I wanted it but the higher price to get in the UAE imported wasn't enough to make me order till it came on offer recently. It's been great ever since. With it being too smaller shelf stacked, I reclaimed some more counter space and gained additional cooking area. The extra racks is also amazing at doubling the cooking surface (but it's circumstantial!) The smaller drawer compared to my big Nutricook is the flexibility of washing it in my dishwasher. Something I never thought about till I got this. Cleaning it is also a doddle as the size and top are all enclosed when drawers are out, easy multispray and clean, to manage the long term build up of grease and grime better! The heating element is from the back, so the frying container is not 100% enclosed. I never Airfryer anything liquid or without a silicon tray if wet batter coated, so this was a none issue. Using the appropriate heat is a must, along with more regular shaking to ensure even cooking. The settings are however are subdivided; this is percular to me because I can no longer just go 95C, 12mins without having to go into Dehydrate mode, but it's max 90C, but I needed to go into Bake Mode to access 110C, can't go lesser. This makes no longical sense but I make do with a new adjusted recipe for me Perfect "Soft Boiled" eggs for my breakfast / ramen prep. (110C, 11mins from cold BTW) This is realistically the only annoyance I've encountered, to an otherwise brilliant tech improvement!

How can I talk to the seller? Unfortunately it stopped working and I don't know where to fix it and if it has a warranty coverage in the UAE

Just stopped working out of nowhere
I bought this less than a year ago and it just went black, nothing to do about it. The seller doesn't have a contact info to request the official invoice to take it to the Ninja store for warranty. So frustrating!
