Awesome printer so easy to use. My old prusa printer was so difficult to set up and use. took forever to print. excellent software and fast. my eight year old grandson can work on making his models.

So I ordered this based on the mostly positive reviews.Supposed to be up and going in about 10 minutes. We'll lets just say that was not the experience I had.Im relatively tech savvy. That said after 4 hours and repeatedly getting 2 errors and having gone to the vendors website and trying the recommendations I finally went to bed defeated. The next day I tried again. Still not able to print. The device wouldn't complete the calibration. So I sent a detailed email to their support. I outlined what was going on and what i had done. The response i got ignored all of that and asked me questions I had already answered. I called that out but still responded with the answers.the next response was more of the same. I explained that I felt like I was being ignored and wasn't going to keep answering the basic questions or repeating myself and that the device should have had a better quality control prior to shipment, and asking if there were further suggestions beyond the sites recommended steps. The response was basically for me take apart the back. I felt like this was beyond the scope for a ready to use device. So i called Amazon to take it back. It was sent on 4-1-25. Today is 4-10-25, and while the site initially stated I'd be refunded today, it now says the 20th. I called their customer service and am being told that this refund is pending flash forge getting it.Initially I had planned to order the same device hoping it was just an error in manufacturing but how this is going is giving me pause to reconsider. And when 12 out of 76 reviews are like mine I'm really thinking I'm going another direction.The longer this takes the less inclined I am to give them a second shot.Update. I got my refund shortly after posting this review on 4/13. However I have decided I would order from a different company and see how that goes.

Bought this for my nephew he absolutely loves it. He says the quality is good and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. This printer is anazing. Plug and play from the box with minimal set up. Great value too. I just wish the 4 color version had been available

So far...I love it! I've only printed the enclosure but it printed flawlessly and it's fairly quiet. However, I only gave it a four simply because I had a lot of trouble getting the right software and getting my computer to find it. I hooked mine up through Ethernet/LAN. The software will still have trouble even though the machine is running by telling me it's offline. If your new to 3D printing, I'd say this isn't a plug and play. I definitely have some learning to do. But I'm really happy with it and look forward to the challenge.

I had problems with the excruder but flashforge and Amazon took care of it and now I have a great printer all I need now is a enclosure kit and a camera and it will be better
