Huge amount for the price. Bought this for my business for years.

All sugar and no flavor
This is a highly substandard product. It has little to no ginger flavor. You can take a handful and put it in your mouth and barely taste the ginger. It is all sugar.

Negative response to 11 lb bag bulk pack crystallized ginger
I found this ginger to be very poorly prepared. Some was overly moist, but most of the bag was very dry and looked as if it was only hard pieces of a sugary substance surrounding no ginger at all. The fault is mine in that I thought I was ordering sliced ginger, but still, I find that what I have received is extremely unsatisfactory. I opened the bag to see what I had so I am unable to return it now, but I certainly will never order from this company again.
