Good device
Makes my skin feel much tighter

spoon one got exploded and broke
Unfortunately my spoon exploded and broke into pieces for no reason :( and i do have a warranty on it.

Unfortunately poor quality
Bought this few weeks ago, it was very difficult to insert electrode into the main part , now this, glue came off leaving metal part inside and pure glass out. Not happy with quality. Unfortunately have to trough this away , waste of money

Works well
I've never used one of these before nor did I have any idea what they did. I've not used this long term so I can't comment on that but it's pretty easy to use. The instructions aren't the best but the quality of it seems pretty solid. It is CE marked but I can see that some people have had issues with the build quality

Slightly flimsy heads
A good piece of facial device. The quality of the electrodes could be better. Not very solid and flimsy. The handle however stable with good grip. Easy to use and change for different part of the face, even the scalp. Slight tickling sensation to the skin to start with, like vibrations and constant electrostatics. Could see a paler and firmer skin, and less visible spots. Much depends on individuals. Would be nice to include a timer or perhaps intensity. Reasonable at just over £51with voucher.
