Works well for me.
Started out with VSL3( GI doc’s recommendation to correct problem caused by antibiotic). I had ordered VSL4 by mistake, but held onto it. After finishing the VSL3 I started using the VSL4 and have found it very helpful. Only 1 per day, and no refrigeration required. Prompt delivery.

I haven't used this product long, but I'm familiar with the company and their VSL3 product, seriously recommended for people with huge gastric issues by one of the leading gastro hospitals in the country for people who are having serious issues as in hard to cure gastric disease. Not for just anyone consult your doctor type stuff. So when I saw the company had a probiotic for people who want to improve but health, who aren't struggling with a disease, I began using it. I think I can tell a difference. Maybe less bloating, and more regular normal bowels. I consider this a win.

Outstanding Probiotic!
Outstanding product. Previously bought my probiotics at the supermarket. None of them were effective re: GI health. VSL4 has been outstanding. Pricey but effective. Far superior to anything I've tried before.

Quality
I like it. I think it's a quality product. I have IBS and I'm happy with this and am considering trying VSL 3, which is supposed to be even more helpful for that.
