Robot was working great for around 5 months, after that it started acting weird and stopped working. It couldn't find his base station anymore and it would get stuck on doorways around 2cm in height that it was going over easily before that. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing helped. Tried eveything, including: - Factory reset - Robot reset - Map reset - Cleaning the sensors on the robot and the base - Etc At the end, I just ended up with a faulty unit. I won't buy their products anymore. It's a shame, as by pure functionalities it is one of the best on the market.

This device is outstanding. It’s absolutely new type of vacuum robots. I couldn’t imagine that progress. It does vacuuming, washing, making funny pictures of pets, recognizing furniture, cables, gives advises, cleaning never was that easy. I scheduled it for night quiet mode and my house is clean every morning. Just a dream!

This is the best cleaning robot I ever had! This is the 3rd robot that I have tried and prior to 2 dyson... this vacuum and mops and it auto cleans its mop and empty the dirt! Love how lazy I can be! I have a rabbit and it sucks up the PET HAIR without getting stuck! Amazing and I love it!

Så otroligt nöjd skulle ha köpt den för länge sedan

L'ho ordinato mesi fa con il pagamento 3 rate, ma non mi è mai pervenuto, ho rifatto l'acquisto ma confidis lo ha letto come un nuovo utilizzo della linea di credito e mi ha imposto gli interessi, ho quindi nuovamente annullato l'ordine e rifatto per l'ennesima volta con pagamento immediato. L'articolo è stato spedito ed è arrivato con 2 giorni di ritardo, o meglio, l'ho dovuto ritirare io al magazzino perché nonostante fossi a casa il corriere segnalava l'impossibilità della consegna causa mia assenza. Avuto finalmente il robottino, lo provo immediatamente, il pacco è molto ingombrante e pesante ed effettivamente la stazione di base è grandicella ma inevitabile date le funzioni. Il primo giro è stato di perlustrazione della casa per la mappatura, ho tolto quanti più ostacoli possibili, ha avuto qualche difficoltà solo nella gestione degli specchi (quelli che arrivano fino a terra) ma ha mappato benissimo. La prima aspirazione è andata molto bene e anche il lavaggio ottimo. Molto silenzioso e si può impostare su molte lingue non per forza inglese. Buona capacità di riconoscere gli ostacoli ma li prende un po' troppo alla larga per i miei gusti, l'autopulitura della basetta in realtà mette solo acqua, poi va pulito e asciugato con un panno manualmente. In linea generale funziona molto bene, l'unica cosa è che non posso mettere le pulizie in coda, per esempio se voglio spazzare e lavare lo posso impostare, ma lo farà contemporaneamente, altrimenti devo impostare prima l'aspirazione e quando ha finito il lavaggio. Inoltre, nella la pulizia programmata, posto le stanze e l'orario ma il "cosa fare" (quindi spazzare e lavare o solo spazzare o solo lavare) è impostato nella modalità pulizia principale ergo: se per un'occasione l'ho fatto spazzare e lavare, e la mattina voglio solo che spazzi in pulizia programmata, devo reimpostarlo. In conclusione è un ottimo prodotto, ovviamente la casa deve essere con quanti meno ostacoli e alcune funzioni potrebbero essere migliorate, per il resto adoro

Ein toller Alltagshelfer. Vorweg wir wollten nie so einen Roboter haben. Aber mit der Katze und dem daraus resultierenden täglichen Saugarbeiten wollten wir es mal probieren und jetzt sind wir froh diesen Schritt getan zu haben. Die Rezessionen mit 4 oder weniger Sternen bei dem es kein technisches Problem gibt kann ich persönlich nicht nachvollziehen. Eine Erklärung dazu kommt weiter unten. Ich muss sagen der Dreamehome L10s Ultra hat uns überzeugt. Wir haben ihn Ende November 2023 geliefert bekommen. Nun ein paar Eckdaten. Wir leben in einer 115qm Wohnung mit unsere 3 jährigen Tochter und einer Katze. Tägliches saugen des Gäste WC's in dem das Katzenklo steht und das Flures. 2x wöchentlich Saugwischen aller Räume. Täglich Saugen im Flur und Gäste WC kurz bevor wir heim kommen um das Katzenstreu nicht mit den Füßen überall hin zu tragen. Das funktioniert so weit echt gut. Er könnte noch etwas weiter in die Ecken fahren aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm weil wenn man sich vorher schlau gemacht hat weis man das das nicht seine stärke ist. Dies steht in diversen Forums und auch auf vielen Testseiten wie Warentest oder Produktvergleich. Der L10s Ultra hat andere Stärken. Und deshalb verstehe ich Rezessionen mit 4 Sternen nicht die dies bemängeln. Aus die Rezessionen die das wischen bemängeln oder als nur grundlegend bezeichnen, das ist doch klar das man auch ab und zu noch mal den Wischmop nimmt um seinen Boden tiefen zu reinigen. Der Roboter ist eine Unterstützung und kann nicht wie ein Mensch putzen. Nun weiter mit den wichtige Dingen. 2x wöchentlich Saugwischen. Wir stellen alles frühs vor der Arbeit hoch da er nicht zwischen die Stühle passt. Aber das machen wir auch wenn wir mit dem Wischmop putzen um ein besseres Reinigungsergebnis zu bekommen. Der Reinigungseffekt des Saugwischen ist top. Man sieht wenn es trocken ist keine schlieren oder Schatten auf dem Boden. Und wenn man den Schmutzwassertank entleert versteht man auch warum das so ist. Er zieht wirklich den Schmutz sehr gut. Zur App und Einrichtung: Die Einrichtung ist kinderleicht. Einfach den Anweisungen der App folgen und nach 5 Minuten mit aufstellen ist er startklar. Die App ist vollgepackt mit vielen Funktion und Einstellmöglichkeiten. Aber wenn man sich mit der App in einer ruhigen Minute beschäftigt ist sie recht einfach zu verstehen und man kann sich alles individuell einstellen. Wir nutzen vor allem die Reinigungsplanung in der man jeden Raum individuell reinigen lassen kann. Die erste fahrt ist das Kartographieren der Räume. Dies hat bei unsere 115qm Wohnung ca 20 Minuten gedauert. Daraus wird dann eine Karte erstellt und auch gleich in Räumen aufgeteilt die man dann noch umbenennen kann. Mann kann in der App auch Sperrzonen einrichten, Wände einziehen und vieles mehr. Fazit: Wir wollen ihn nicht missen. Das tägliche reinigen ist prima. Die Wischfunktion ist hervorragend ersetzt aber natürlich nicht das richtige Wischen. Das machen wir jetzt aber anstatt einmal wöchentlich nur noch einmal im Monat. Der Preis für den Roboter ist sehr gut und man hat mehr Zeit für die schönen Dinge im Leben.
