Elegant and sturdy
Like all satechi devices, it is solid and well designed. The magnet will hold the phone well in landscape or portrait mode allowing the "alarm clock" mode to work as long as the case is not too thick. Its heavy weight makes it very stable. It will charge Airpods and Apple Watch at the same time and fold conveniently for transport.

Great charging Dock
I have a Satechi dock for my Mini Mac so I knew this would be a quality item. Having just got my first I watch as a 'senior' bought this device to charge I phone, new I watch and my Ear Pods... Very pleased with it. Got it a bit cheaper as sold with slightly damaged box..Folds down really well when travelling

FAILS OVERSEAS ON REDUCED WATTAGE?
9 months old … Works great at home, but … didn’t work in a 5 star hotel in Tenerife, didn’t work recently in Portugal rented villa and didn’t work in overnight stay near Bristol Airport So what is going on? Got back home and it does work. Is it the change of power, Europe? So not happy. Yes I managed to borrow charger for iPhone and iPad. But did not have charger for Watch, this went flat quickly. SO IT’S AN OVERSEAS ISSUE is it?

Phone, Watch and Earbuts all charge fast and no any LED nonsense. Build like tank for travel too with all adapters. I just love it.

Company and Travel Friendly but Slow in Charging
I bought this and the Anker MagSafe wireless charging stations and Anker performed better in terms of speed of charge. The Satechi one is absolutely compact, easy to travel with, but I was concerned about how fast it could charge my phone in times when I am in a hurry, and Anker took the trophy. Thus, I returned Satechi.
