This kit includes almost everything you need to start for a great price. The light works very well, good polish colors and a decent amount for starting, loved the swatches and extra stuff included. My 1st time using it went much better then I expected, easy to use, clear instructions, and looks salon quality. Loved the cuticle remover.

This nail kit is just amazing. For the price you pay it is worth every penny. The gel polish is perfect! The polish goes on very easy. Nice bright colors. I wish the bottles were a bit bigger, but that's not the end of the world. All of the tools that you get are pretty good quality as well. VERY nice UV Light. Overall if you're looking for great nail kit this would be the one!

Everything you need is in this kit! Doesn't come with cat eye. But this kit is perfect for those wanting to learn how to do gel manicures. No strong chemical smell from the polishes and cuticle remover and oil. The lamp is super easy to use, as well as the application of the gel polish itself. Comes with 3 different top coats, glitter, shine, and matte top coats. I can definitely get more creative with these colors! Did mine and my fiance's with the colors from this kit!

I used this product several times to paint all of my nails using the standard (shiny) top coat with no issue. When I used the MATTE top coat for the first time and turned on the UV nail dryer my finger tips instantly began to feel...weird. Within 2-3 seconds I realized there was severe pain coming from my finger tips that I recognized as intense heat so I jerked my hand out of the dryer! I could smell the burning flesh! When I tried to remove the gel I couldn't bare the pain so I left it on for the next few days while on a trip, monitoring the fingers that felt the worst. Upon returning from my trip I managed to peel off the gel and the first two photos, with the green background, are two examples of what I found. My left thumb had the worst burn! As shown in the third picture the skin at the end of the nail had melted and fused with the nail so I had to separate them to treat the nail bed. The smell? I'll spare you the details. I had noticed a bit of swelling, but then it started to get BAD. I visited a pharmacy clinic for a quick exam and the doctor thought it might be infected so I received antibiotics and pain meds which I started immediately. By the next day my thumb had gotten so swollen that I could feel my heart beat in my thumb so I went to urgent care for further medical assistance. The last photo with the sink in the background shows the current state of my thumb. Most of the nail is separated, holding on like a loose tooth in grade school, and part of my thumb tip is numb, so seems like I may have lost some feeling there. I informed Amazon about the product issue about 3 weeks ago, but see the kit is still for sale here. :-(

Very pretty, super easy to use but unfortunately I got contact dermatitis after using the black gel polish. /: the other colors didn’t seem to effect me any though, but now that I reacted I can’t use any of them anymore.

So I love wearing a black matte nail but could never really rationalize spending the time and effort doing them at home. I literally can’t go without smudging my nails between every single layer while drying despite my very best efforts, so even when they’d finally be done they’d already look questionable. Then because I’m very rough on my hands (I kayak and am a potter and sculptor), they’d usually be chipped within hours. I frankly didn’t know you could do gel at home until recently when I was looking for “sturdier” and fast drying at home polish options (I clearly don’t know much about this stuff). I was skeptical of this kit because of the price, but I’m honestly shook. As others have said, the bottles of color polish are small, but for the price and number of colors you get, as well as all the other products the kit comes with, it honestly seems fair to me. Especially for someone brand new to this, it’s a nice sampler to figure out which products might be my favorites that I’ll get more/larger bottles of. Anyways I’m probably the only person here who didn’t know that the gel cures practically instantly with the lamp, completely eliminating my smudging problem, and so far it’s been a week and I just got a teeny bit of chipping along the free edge of my thumbs, which I honestly attribute to this being my first attempt doing this ever and not really knowing what I was doing. Even so, it’s not actually noticeable and I fully expect it’ll last another week before I need to remove anything. For someone who’s used to getting maybe one decent-ish day out of my polish, even just one week of nails that stay looking good the whole time is enough to make me happy.

I just got it today and used it today as well for the first time using it it’s pretty nice for the price. For now it looks like it will last but I’ll have to wait a couple of days and see when it starts to peel. But overall good !!!

This Beetles gel nail kit is so easy to use, even for a beginner like me. The instructions are clear, the colors are beautiful, and the polish lasts for weeks without chipping. The lamp works quickly, and everything you need is included. Salon-quality nails at home without the hassle.

UV lamp power: 24W. Package included 35 gel nail polish, including black and white which was very important to me because those are like my favourite colours (basic B, I know). There's base gel, gel top coat, matte top coat, and glitter top coat. Instructions include steps to apply "mirror powder" which I'm assuming it's chrome: this did not come included in the set, but I'm very impressed it teaches me how to apply it because I'm obsessed with chrome. It came with some great tools: nail clippers, files, nail brush for cleaning, cuticle pusher thing.. (I don't know what half these things are called but I know I need them lol). It also included gel removal foil wraps, which I've never seen or heard of before today but they come with instructions on the pack which is super helpful! Also, there's pearls, rhinestones, bow stickers, and stars/hearts/moon stickers. There's also basic shape stickers (French - kind of like an almond shape, straight lines, and one other shape which I'm not even really sure how to describe? Like another French I guess but for more coffin shaped nails I guess?) All in all I have not applied these products yet or began my journey of doing my own nails at home. I also bought a set with acrylic powder and the tools I need to do my own fill at home because it's been like 7 dang weeks and my nails look so fugly. I will edit with before and after pictures once my nails are done. I'm super happy with this purchase! All the how-to guides are super helpful. The only complaint is the bottles of gel polish aren't full size, they're minis. So I'll probably only get 1 or 2 sets out of each colour which is super disappointing but this package is still well worth it for the price!! 10/10 recommend.

I really like this whole package and its very beginner friendly coming from a beginner. The stickers are really good. The only thing I dont like is the stickers for the French tips, because the nail polish Goes through the stickers. Other then that its really amazing and worth youre money.
