I have benign prostatic hyperplasia an high triglycerides. I take Tamsulosin and get some relief. I started taking Beta Sitosterol, and I guess the additional relief was subtle but effective. I noticed this now twice when I ran out and went a couple of days without taking it. Once I resumed the Beta Sitosterol, the urine flow went back to "normal" for me. In regards to the triglycerides, I'll have my annual in march. We'll see.

Saw an article regarding Men's Prostate supplements. Ordered Horbaach Beta Sitosterol which contained 585 mg of Beta Cardio Sitosterol to trying to replace my Prostra Genix that I was taking top see what effects it had on my Prostrate. After over one month end result did not see much of a difference at less than half the price of the Prostra Genix I had been taking.

Been using for maybe 8-9 mos. Seems to help. Directions indicated to take 3 capsules twice daily. Tried it. Kept me up all night. Cut back to 3 once per day. Still too much. Finally ended up with 1 per day. That seems to be best. A fraction of the cost of many Beta Sitosterols.

Third is the real helper you don’t find out without extensive research for prostate issues. Recommend for any man with prostate issues along with a couple others. I started noticing difference in 2 days.
