The Breo N5 Mini Grey Neck Massager has many great features as well as some design features that could be improved. On a positive note, the leather and nylon(?) materials are high quality and comfortable, and it's all stitched together very well. I appreciate that it uses USB-C for charging so that I can use the same charging brick as for my phone. And there is a single light that indicates when it's charging (blinking red) and when it's done (solid white). The same light is white when in use. The instructions are pretty straightforward and easy to read (with a ton of warnings that surely their legal team added in for liability). After using it several times on different days, I can say it really does a great job. The first few uses for me were a little uncomfortable as I tried to position it just right. But once I got more comfortable with using it I actually grew to enjoy it. And now when it's done (it turns off after 10 minutes), I feel like I had a "real" massage. There are two modes. The first one is the standard mode where it simply gives a constant massage. The second mode is a rotation of different timing intervals, styles, etc. I prefer the second one because it breaks up the massage into different chunks and gives my muscles a bit of a break so they don't get over-massaged (if there is such a thing). I tend to prefer light massages than hard, so I'm probably a bit more sensitive than others. So I'd say that if you enjoy a harder massage, the first mode is probably better, and the second mode is more for people like me that prefer softer massages. Having mentioned all the positive features, there are a few that I feel could be improved. The buttons only have icons and they're not the easiest to understand. I think if you use it enough you'll learn what they are and do, but right out of the box, I needed to read the manual to understand them. I think power and heat buttons are ok, but the intensity and mode buttons could use different icons (or even words). Additionally, the placement of the buttons makes it impossible to see them when wearing it. So the only way I can see them is if I look in a mirror. Obviously if I use it enough I'll know them simply by feeling them, but until then, it's not very convenient. I've read other reviews suggesting a remote, and I think that would be a great solution. Even better would be a remote that is attached (so you don't lose it) but can be removed when using it. Also, there is only one light and it stays solid white when working. But there are no indicators letting you know which intensity, heat level, and mode you are on. For example, the heat is on high by default, then pressing the button once turns it to low, and pressing again turns it off. The only way to know this is to read the instructions. And the only way to know what heat setting you're on is to remember how many times you pressed it. The intensity button is more obvious because there is just high and low, and you can feel the difference when you press the button. And the mode button is obvious too because it's either continuous massage (mode 1) or variable massage (mode 2). Bottom line, I think it would be better if there were lights or some time of indicator for each button. And finally, the strap snaps behind your back, making it difficult to reach around to snap together or snap apart. I am fairly flexible and I found it a challenge to do. If anyone has difficulty reaching behind their back and pressing a small button, this will probably be difficult if not impossible. Ideally there would be a strap in the front, or a different way of wrapping around. All-in-all, it's a great massager with some inconveniences. But with a few design changes it could be a perfect device.

The massagers I purchased before all needed to be connected to a power source, so they often had to be fixed in one place and unable to move around to do other things. But this product actually breaks what I always thought. It actually comes with a rechargeable battery, so you can enjoy massage at any time while watching TV, doing exercise, eating, etc. I initially thought that battery power would cause weak power, but it has no such problem at all. Even though it is only 2500mAh, it is very powerful and has very good battery life. First of all, its leather is very comfortable and looks high-end. It supports type-C charging. It has a very strong massage force and heat. It is very comfortable to use in winter. You can turn it off when using it in summer. It is also very quiet and will not affect your mood. . Disadvantages: The product is a bit heavy, almost 3 pounds, and it looks a bit weird when you carry it, so you won’t want to take it out. Suggestion: There is no prompt when pressing various function keys. I hope there will be a sound. The prompt function has taken effect. It is impossible to check the current mode. The intensity depends on the feeling, and the current remaining power cannot be displayed. If you can add a small A smaller display would be better. Also, its buttons are designed on the right side. If you bring it to work, you cannot check the buttons on the right with your eyes. You can only operate it by blind touch. I hope it can have a small remote control or an app on your mobile phone to control it. It makes it more convenient and direct to switch the functions you want. Then the strap buckle on the back can only be operated blindly by hand feel. I hope I can think of a better method. Summary: Overall, it is a good product that can be used for massage at any time and anywhere, without power.

Having used a handful of other neck and shoulder massage doodads... this one kinda blew me away. Most of them just have a couple knobs that rotate around in circles or something, but this has two double rollers and two 'thumbs' that move in a surprisingly complicated fashion that is really VERY convincing as compared to actual massage by hand. Exceedingly relaxing and effective compared to those others. There's light vibration on its motion but nothing distracting. The heat is quite effective, giving a fairly natural bodyheat level of warmth as opposed to basically nothing or overwhelmingly hot, it's all just about right. The device is very well constructed and includes zippers for removing the cover for cleaning. I'm 50/50 on the straps, I didn't really try wrapping it around myself as shown to keep it in place, I preferred moving it around to where I wanted it in real time. Battery life seems solid, I've only charged it a couple times after a few uses, never let it get down to the flashing red light warning level, so unless you need to use this thing a dozen times a day I don't see that being a problem. My only minor complaints are that it only has one motion pattern, that includes two speeds and two action modes, with the second complaint being that the secondary action mode is just the same motion but with a weird mechanical twitchy action I didn't like at all. It's also a little on the small side, though it still works on my larger frame, but perhaps not as well as it might on someone smaller. The other minor issue is that it's really meant only for necks. You could probably do some other stuff with it, but I don't think I would recommend that as it has such a specific motion and it's got some pretty solid strength to it. Overall I'm very impressed. The value proposition is going to be down to the individual I think, but I ALSO think the best advertisement for this thing is actually feeling it in action yourself, it's very convincing.

I love this massager so far. It's very effective, has some nice power to it, and a good deal of heat when you turn the heat on. The quality is really good, from the stitching to the buttons to everything else - I see this massager lasting pretty long. Here's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5: -It's not the easiest to put on, especially if you're older or have limited mobility. You need to clip it from behind and since the clip sits higher up on my back, it's not the most convenient. -The controls are not in the best spot. You can't actually see them once you put on the massage since they're basically nested where your neck meets your shoulder. You need to feel around for the controls and just do some guesswork. A separate remote would have been ideal. -Fabric can't be removed and washed. -You have no idea what's on/what mode you're using. This is probably the biggest one for me. There's no indicator light to tell you if the heat is on or not. There's also no way to know what mode or intensity level you're on outside of just guessing. Overall, I'm still happy with my order, I just think the design is a bit flawed.

I already have a similar massager but it’s made for the back primarily and can be used in the neck. This massager is dedicated to the neck. The way the arms move and are covered, provide a wonderful, targeted experience. I nearly fell asleep at one point. I didn’t use the straps to secure it, I laid it on my neck and sat on the couch. The best feature is the second mode setting. It does this pulsing action that I haven’t felt with other models. Add in the heat and it really relieves stress. I made the mistake of putting it against my side because I have some pain there. I carry extra weight there and it squeezed the skin. That was not fun so going forward just using on my neck. Overall relatively easy to use although you kind of have to know where the operational buttons are. They are all flat and there’s no real indicator. Really does a great job on the neck.
