Bought these as same ones used in Resistance Class. Good quality strong. Comfortable grip. Came in a plastic bag which is useful. Easy to take on holidays and breaks

Les Mills Band
Band was not as stretchy as I'd anticipated, but easier to hold underfoot as it is flat

Use to work out at a gym that did Les Mills classes. These bands are literally the greatest! Instead of being a tube, this band is flat which helps it stay secure under your feet. It's about a medium in resistance and has not stretched out on me so far. It is a little pricey for just the one band, but it is definitely worth it. Great band and great program!!!

All les mills equipment are excellent love it , it has medium resistance ,very good to use while practicing with lesmills on demand

I bought this smart band to replace my existing one that I use regularly to teach my Les Mills CX class. I love it! It’s great resistance for the exercises we do in CX and I love the flat band as a better and more comfortable option than the rounded shaped version. Great quality and great price
