The moap is smooth and easy to install but the only problem is its tip which may create a friction while moaping. I tied a small piece of cloth around it to avoid the friction.

it arrived in damaged packaging & missing the piece {part 4in photos} that goes into the head of the mop so it's unusable

This was easy to use easy to put together. It doesn’t weigh a lot. It’s perfect for any job. It’s a great value, especially for the price. I love the design. The mop head quality is excellent. It’s easy to use. No complaints here.

Mop head, one cleaning 2 rooms already falling apart, just useless, every thing I get coming from China, is never worth or is what’s advertised on the website. This is the third mop I bought, and this is very upsetting! Overall crappy I am returning it

Product is fine. Good for the price…durable enough, cleans about as good as the o’cedar version, just not as heavy and it’s a little shorter…faster to assemble than the o’cedar but it would be nice to have some plastic in the metal pieces….cut a chunk of skin off my finger just taking it straight out of the box
