I’m currently suffering from (what my doctor called) walking pneumonia and as a result of three weeks of a hacking cough, my back is so sore, you would have trouble believing how much damage a cough can do. Anyway, this massager is so good that it has left me mildly delirious. I feel like it might actually be magic. I turned it on and put it on my body and I just knew how to use it. It is so good, that using it feels like you’re a warrior being welcomed home from battle to have his/her ailments blessed and healed by a tribal goddess or some shit. I used it on my neck for ten minutes and my nose became one with God. I saw sounds and my airways became so clear, I nearly inhaled my dog. My body instinctively knew where to use it, it undoes knots in your muscles immediately and leaves you feeling like that Tyla song, water. I dribbled off my sofa and into my bed and slept more soundly than I have since I was a baby. I know that because whilst I was using this massager on my shoulders, I saw every time line of my own existence. I get really tight trapezius muscles so I thought I would give this a go! It really does get right in there and so it can be painful. I found after a few uses the pain became less and it made a difference! I love it. It’s not a replacement for human hands but it does a good job for what it is. As some others have noted, it doesn’t get very hot but is quite warm after the full 15min cycle.

I had looked at many products and all the reviews and decided on this one. This product is amazing. I had lots of knots in my neck and was really stiff causing me pain. After a short time of using this it was sorted and the pain had gone. It was tender at first because I was so stiff and lots of knots but when they were out it was amazing. I used it on my neck, calves and ankles. It is so easy to use, the controls are self explanatory. You can apply as much pressure as you want my holding down on the arm rests more. It is easy to store and very portable to move around. It comes with a car cigarette lighter connector so you can use it in the car (obviously not when driving). I have used it a lot already and only had it a week. It is very quiet and even when watching television it doesn't affect it. Recommend it. So pleased I bought it. Love it!!

For the price, it works pretty well. Good for neck aches/tightness. The product shows using it elsewhere on the body but the design of it makes it abit difficult to apply anywhere else and it’s positioned to sit either side of your neck/shoulders. It also claims to have a heated setting. When you put this on, it glows red, but has virtually no heat especially not enough to actually reach your skin and muscles. So I wouldn’t recommend it if that’s something you’re looking for. I wanted heat so abit disappointed.

Great item,could not be with it. Unfortunatley had a fault with item after 11 months,i contacted customer service and they sent me out a new one within a few days.Great customer service.

Garbage. Used a few times, nothing spectacular and very very bulky. Didn’t use for a little while, plugged it in and it doesn’t work whatsoever. Avoid entirely. Total waste of money.
