Good find! I'd say if you want a comfortable work chair X with gaming this is it!
Actually a really solid chair, especially if you’re trying to split time between work and gaming without spending a fortune. It’s one of those “does everything pretty well” chairs. You can lean back and relax when you want, but it still gives you the lumbar support you need when you’re locked in for a full 8–10 hour workday. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one earned it. Setup was surprisingly painless. The instructions were clear, everything was packed well, and all the parts lined up the way they should. They even include the tools, which is always a win. The only slightly annoying part was one bolt near the gas cylinder lever that’s in a tight spot, but they include two Allen wrenches which makes it manageable. Minor inconvenience, not a dealbreaker. Comfort-wise, it’s breathable (big plus if you sit for long stretches), and the adjustability is solid for the price. It’s not a $1,000 luxury chair, but it doesn’t try to be. It just delivers where it matters. Overall, for the price, this is a great value. If you want something comfortable, functional, and easy to put together without overthinking it, this is a safe pick. Nice work, Colamy.

Super comfy, easy to build, well worth the money.
Shipped Very big box and mostly complex parts are preassembled, putting it together with one person is easy, all tools nicely included. Finish is very nice, chair has good heft to it. nothing is flimsy nor rattles, nor squeaks, adjustment is perfect, back support is amazing, my head fits on headrest, feet rest is cushioned, Recline tension is adjustable, feature ive never seen before. Moves around easily and the frame is built well. In none recline mode it promotes sitting up straight and in recline i could watch a movie and fall asleep, Iv paid 400usd for chairs half as good as this one, and I’d believe you, if you told me this was 800$. Well worth the money, already considering buying another.

Extremely Comfortable Chair for Long Workdays
I’ve been using this chair daily for work, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort and posture. The mesh back is breathable, the cushioning is supportive, and the high back provides excellent neck and lumbar support. The built-in footrest is a great bonus and makes it easy to relax during breaks or longer sitting sessions. Assembly was simple, and the chair feels sturdy and well-made for the price. Overall, this is a fantastic ergonomic chair that delivers comfort, adjustability, and value all in one.

Veryyyy comfy chair but needs a shorter gas cylinder
*I’m 5’8 155lb* PROS: This is a very comfy chair with excellent lumbar support. It was fairly easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. No squeak's when leaning back or moving around in the chair. The chair wheels roll fine and are quiet on my hardwood floors but still might swap them. The adjustments for armrest, headrest, and backrest are solid and stay put. My sister has a Herman Miller aeron and I swear this is better if not more comfy. CONS-ish: The footrest has a hard edge that might make it uncomfortable behind your shin when fully extending your legs but I usually prop my feet on it instead of extending them so it’s fine. The ONLY downside has to be chair height. When fully lowered, my feet are flat on the floor but I wish it could go lower cause the padding on the front edge of the seat digs into my lower thigh. Also when I lean back and begin to recline w/o the footrest, my feet are about 1-2 inches off the ground and I can only fully recline when pushing on my tip toes. A shorter gas cylinder might do the trick or maybe shorter wheels but they’re already ~2 inch wheels and I’m not sure what replacement cylinder would fit and not void the warranty. *Will update to 5⭐️ if I find a replacement cylinder Overall, this chair is a keeper and I’m glad I bought it 👍🏽👍🏽

great chair comparable to higher end chair
This chair is honestly super comfortable and has excellent lumbar support. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long, and once it was put together it felt very solid and well built. There are no squeaks or weird noises when leaning back or shifting around, which I really appreciate. The wheels roll smoothly and quietly on my hardwood floors, though I might still swap them later. All the adjustments for the armrests, headrest, and backrest feel sturdy and actually stay where you set them. My sister owns a Herman Miller Aeron and I genuinely think this chair is just as comfortable, if not more so. The only minor drawback is the footrest. It has a firm edge that could feel uncomfortable behind you if you fully extend your legs. Personally, I usually rest my feet on it instead of extending them all the way, so it hasn’t been an issue for me but I am also 6 foot three. One other issue is there was a bit of scratching on the back of the seat, but I have reached out to customer service and they replied to me next day and already are sending a replacement back. Top-notch customer service and the quality of this chair feels premium.

Comfortable ergonomic chair with a useful footrest
This chair is a solid option for a home office. The mesh back keeps it breathable and comfortable during long hours of work, and the lumbar support helps maintain a better posture. I really like the recline feature and the retractable footrest, which make it easy to lean back and relax for a few minutes. The headrest and armrests are adjustable, so you can customize the chair to fit your sitting position. Assembly was straightforward and everything feels sturdy once put together. Overall, it’s a comfortable ergonomic chair with good features for the price

Okay chair, great customer service
This review has been updated after my customer service experience with Colamy. I was not prompted to update my review, but I felt compelled to when David from their customer service team reached out and offered to send me a new chair since my original one did not ship with instructions and I felt the arm rests were flimsy. When I explained I could not send the original back because I already chucked the box and am very busy, he said they'd just send me a new one anyway. Love to see customer service like that. I left him unread in my inbox for weeks too and he still got back to me in under 24hours. I also want to note that my girlfriend thinks the chair is very comfortable and she suffers from traumatic back injuries that make it difficult for her to sit in just about any computer chair for long periods of time. Somehow the lumbar support is just right for her. She does use a purple mattress pad for every chair she sits in and is approximately 5'8". Your mileage will vary, finding the right chair is more about your individual body type and habits, there is no one-size fits all. I've come to enjoy sitting in it more over time as well--or at least I can say that I find myself with better habits and I'm mildly less sore after long work sessions than in my old chair--so I'm really happy she and I don't need to share it anymore. I still find that the roll-off area of the mesh feels a little less soft than I'd like, but I don't find it exhausting when I'm sitting for a long time. I'm a 6' 200lb guy with a longer torso. I'm updating this review based on the assumption that the next chair they ship will be at least as good as the first. My original review is below and I haven't changed my opinion on each individual point. That said, it's decent enough that I likely won't replace it until I'm ready to spend between $500-$1000, so given the price of this chair and the customer service I think it deserves 5 Stars. Not the best, but it punches above it's price class. *ORIGINAL REVIEW* Didn't ship with instructions, mesh bottom isn't quite taught enough to make your legs feel comfortable in a normal seating position, the head rest is comfy and doesn't get in the way, and foot rest would be great if it was just a little longer and more padded. That other person who said the armrests feel cheap was dead on. Might remove em. They are well padded, but they feel like they came out of an American car in the 90s.

Honest review - good bad the meh - Mesh has crapped out 9 months in
EDIT. the mesh has crapped out 9 months in. mesh support for the lower and mid back has gotten loose, and when i lean back, my back hits the plastic frame. makes it uncomfortable. 190 lbs 6 foot male. use the chair 2 hours 5 days a week. i would say, avoid the chair. The Good, The Bad, and The Meh For a sub $300 mesh chair, you are getting a nice build and quality product, but as any budge product there are shortcomings. The good. Mesh used is better than most chairs around $150-400. Padding on the front of seat is a nice addition, provides support to your hamstrings so it doesn't rub up against the plastic frame. Armrest is plush-ish and again, better than most chairs in the price range. Base is metal The Bad. Chair has only 2 recline positions you can lock, 90 and 130, nothing in between. Height adjust for the back and headrest is worthless, it doesn't have a lock switch, so it goes down and moves around whenever it wants. The Meh Arm rest only has lock switch for up and down. Does not have lock for front back and side to side. you will have to adjust it every time you sit down. I used it for 1 day, and already getting annoyed with it. Tension adjuster is a gimmick? barely noticeable... guess better than nothing Foot rest extender is whatever, another gimmick. im 6ft 190lbs. pad extends to my lower calf area, my feet dangle, but dont see myself using this often. Overall. I can't see people complaining too much for the value it provides. it's not ideal but i will keep it. I dont see any better construction and quality at this price point of 250-300.
