Perfect glycogen fuel for workouts
I use this before every workout. This works wonders. I have enough energy to last throughout my workout and I honestly feel I could do more. (But I don’t overtrain)

Very effective - 4-7 hour bike rides
Very good carb powder, tastes ok (it’s a carb powder!), performs well under high endurance activities - 4-7 hours cycling. Definitely makes a difference and I’d say it’s better than normal maltodextrin mixes.

I've tried other brands of Cyclic Dextrin - I always come back to using Applied Nutrition. Mixes really well, new orange flavour is refreshing and tasty, a must for those intense workouts when you need a little boast in energy.

Taste nothing like it says its very bland and not satisfying at all. I rather I drink my own piss.
