I have a Convection oven that holds quarter sheet pans, so I was on the lookout for a well made pan with a rack. This pan fits the bill. It is heavy, polished stainless steel, very sturdy ( no chance of warping). The included rack is equally well made and fits perfectly, no slipping and sliding. It also doubles as a cooling rack. The pan is very easy to clean, no crevices to hold food particles or grease. I am very happy with this pan, it is better made than more expensive ones that I have purchase, and I plan to buy a 2nd one
