Strong ab roller hai wide wheel se balance easy rehta hai aur grip floor par bilkul slip proof. Foam handles comfortable hain, haath mein dard nahi hota long sessions mein. Knee pad saath mein milta hai jo hard floor par ghutno ko protect karta hai. Compact size se ghar mein store karna simple hai. Price ke hisaab se full value deta hai core strength ke liye. Regular use se abs, back aur shoulders strong ban jaate hain beginners ke liye bhi safe agar dheere shuru karo. Overall highly recommend.
