Sysracks 18U Server Rack 24" Deep Wall Mount Rack Cabinet Network Enclosure with Fans, Casters, POWERBAR, Shelf

It took me a while to assemble but it was worth it.

Updated 08-15-2021 (three weeks too late): I have to give credit to the seller. After posting my initial review and also contacting them via "message", to my surprise, I found a shipped box at my door step which included a new "Top". Thank you very much, I truly appreciate your great service and support - and quick response. 07-09-2021::Initial review (pending seller's response) Is it just me who experienced this? The parts fits together alright, but the gaps, especially the side removable 'doors' are pretty flimsy despite being lockable!? I received the package and right out the box, I find that the top's right corner (if you're facing the glass door) has a slight dent which, apparently, caused quite a bit of "imbalance". I wasn't able to insert a screw to secure the Top's right corner (see pictures). Then see the video which shows the flimsy sides. Am I expecting too much or is this how it should or was designed to, be? This review is on the same day (night) I emailed the seller asking for help OR to send me a pre-assembled cabin, given that I already paid for shipping and received a slightly damaged component/part. Further, it's too late to send it back. I spent two days putting it together, so I'm not about to take it apart and ship it back. Let's see what the seller says. Overall, I would be very happy with the design, height, depth, parts/components and features; had everything worked and fit together right out the box.

Dented side panels, shelves are a hard fit, easy to figure out how to put together but instructions are useless for some parts. Glass door always droops. Very sturdy once pit together, quality control and packaging needs work.

The worst rack to build this is the 3rd rack ive purchased from them dumb me keeps giving them chances! All 3 racks have arrived with well padded shipping boxes undamaged once you open it and start to build some metal frames ate slightly bent making the screw hole impossible to line up and to add the cherry on top most screw holes are drenched it paint and not well threaded where it’s impossible to fasten the screws. Absolutely not recommend!

I liked the fact it was easy to put together and use.

Server rack arrived on time and undamaged. Packaging was very good for such a heavy item. Unfortunately my server rack was the wrong size for my server chassis. I requested a return label and the seller reached out to me via phone to discuss the issue and assist me with the return. Even though I ordered the wrong size the seller went out of their way to make it right. A++ for the customer service of this company. I will definitely be ordering from Sysracks in the future for my networking needs.

Outside of not being able to latch my front cabinet due to the locking mechanisim being beat to hell from shipping it's a good little cabinet. I'd give this a 5/5 if I could latch my front panel. Edit: Sysracks reached out and tried to fix the issue which I really appreciate. Sadly the replacement came just as scuffed. I think this has been one of the best bang for the buck in terms of a server rack and it's clear the company cares. It's a shame that FedEx is dropping the ball on them. I couldn't recommend this rack any higher. It's really nice for the price and size. It would be 5/5 if we could cut out fedex and I could go to a store. Sysracks seems like a good company and i love how my rack looks. Just a bummer that fedex caused some issues.

In the end it does the job but setting it up was an incredible pain and lots of the construction is inaccurate leading to crooked doors and misthreaded screws.

For the price expected more rigid product, bit flimsy even with all side on! Also issues assembling, difficult with shelving assembly.
