This is the best product I have ever used for my hair, skin & nails! I’ve always struggled with brittle nails, thin hair and dry skin. I almost stopped the product after about a month, but decided to keep going because I still had about a half of the bottle left. I am so happy to tell you I have long beautiful strong nails, my hair grows about 2 - 3 inches between my hair appointments (2-3 months) and my skin is radiant. Thank you so much for this product!! I have the world’s flimsiest nails - they rip while zipping up my pants. I’ve tried SO many things and nothing has worked. I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of months now and I am BLOWN AWAY by how much stronger my nails are already! They don’t bend as much, they don’t rip, they grow faster, and the discoloration I had has also improved. Instead of a sickly pale/white nail with a translucent tip, they’re now pink with a white tip. I’m genuinely amazed. I have had to have builder gel or gel strips on my nails constantly because of how often they rip and tear up onto the nail bed, but i have had nothing on my nails the past couple of weeks because of how strong they are now. Definitely still weaker than normal nails, but they’re incredible for me. I absolutely recommend these! (The size is a bit large so keep that in mind. If you struggle with swallowing pills, don’t take both at once but split them up throughout your day.) Updating a month later - still amazing. My nails are stronger than they were when I left the original review! I can never wear them long because they rip but they’re long and beautiful and strong right now.

I bought this product about a month ago because it received quite a number of good reviews. The instruction says to take 2 every day, so I did religously. Right now I'm giving it 3 stars. So far so good. I feel that my hair is getting thicker and barely notice any falling out. My nails feels thicker and grows much faster. My skin is clear and have not have any break out. I would recommend this product to anyone wanting to try other alternatives for thicker, stronger, and better skin, hair and nails. Take one pill at a time and make sure to drink ample of liquid when taking a pill because it may feel like the pill is just sitting in your throat and takes time to move its way down. But other than that, I like it so far. I will be revisiting this review again in a few months for an update. Might even give it a 5 star then.
