Beautiful marvelous led tv efficiently using for lat one year works without any trouble quality of picture is worth sound quality praise worthy.

I am reverting my review to 1star Tv stopped working with multiple issues in 9 months Motherboard and display both stopped working suddenly. TCL support is the worst. They have taken more than a month to replace the parts. They are very slow and give fake assurances but don't get the work done. Never buying anything from TCL brand again --------------- Have been using the tv for past 2 weeks and i am quite pleased with it. The colors, the sound and the performance are right up there with the best. I had apprehensions that the 2gb ram and the relatively unknown processor would fall short, but i am yet to experience any lag or performance issues. I have even been using webapps like Twitter, Instagram, reddit etc and yet to see any performance degradation while scrolling. Only jitters I have encountered is when the tv is turned on, but that's minor. Quite satisfied till now. Hope it stays that way :)

I purchased the C655 43 inch TCL Google Smart Tv on September 14th 2024, and I am writing a review after a week of use. The best thing about the Tv is the picture quality; it supports HDR, so watching HDR content is amazing, the sound quality is good but not excellent and build quality is good. The only minor drawback is laggy performance sometimes due to Google OS, otherwise it is a good value for money.

Got at best price and use for more than a week good picture quality and sound

I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience has been extremely disappointing and buyers deserve to know the truth. Within a short period of using this TCL TV, the screen began flickering randomly, making it almost impossible to watch. What followed was an extremely frustrating service journey: Two motherboard replacements already done. Multiple “software fixes” suggested over phone calls. A technician visiting my home only to say the TV was “working fine” because the flicker didn’t happen at that exact moment. TCL repeatedly asking for video proof, even after I already submitted clear evidence. Support team keeps sending the same copy-paste response, without checking the video or acknowledging the actual problem. The issue continues even after all this, and TCL still refuses to provide a proper resolution like a replacement or refund. Their warranty support is slow, unhelpful, and feels like they just want to delay until you give up. If you are considering buying a TCL TV, please think twice. A TV should not fail this quickly, and a brand’s service quality matters as much as the product itself. My experience shows that TCL simply does not stand behind their products when real issues occur. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.

I ordered TCL QLED Google TV Model 50C655 from Amazon on 24.12.24 The Order was delivered on 27.12.24 & on 28.12.24 the installation Team boys installed the TV on the Swivel Wall Stand Very nicely. I am writing it's review today after watching the TV for the last Three Months. Picture Sharpness & Colour Quality is very Good. Viewing Angle is nice. Some time Sound Quality does not seem as Good as it should be. Speakers may need Upgradation & improvement. Overall Product is good in its price range. You can go for it. Total worth of money spent. TCL has given its best compare to All Top Brands in this Price Segment. Finally I am Quite Satisfied with the Performance of My 50C655 Budget Priced Qled Google TV. Thanks Amazon & TCL.
