Good And Value for money for home gym
Good and sturdy bench at this price. Bars are little closer. However considering the price it is worth 5 star based on my usage over a week. You won't have any problem in working out with light and medium weights but if you want to lift heavy weights like 80kg-100kg this won't work. Fly are not of much use.

its value for money for new comers, it wobbels on heavy weight and the bar grip has to be short because of the stand. fly is of no use I have kept it away. if you are 6 feet or above don't buy. inclined aur declined angle is not ok.

Recommended only for height under 4ft10" lifting less then 10-15kg weight.
Been using it for 2 months not one but has multiple design problems. 1) for seated dumbell press the seat itself will wobble badly, if you are weak you are sure to fall, i did some adjustment like adding more washers to make the wobble less but it's still very risky, when holding over 50kg weight the bench still tilts here and there. 2) for barbell press the distance between the barbell holder is less it's exactly at the point where you hold the barbell, i have hurt my hand placing the weight back, i managed to fix this somewhat by adding an extra nut on both aide increasing the gap but it's still very cut yo cut. 3) the exerciser for glutes and quads you cannot put bigger plates in first as it will hurt your legs when you lift. I removed this extension altogether as it seemed like a waste. 4) the extension for chest fly is too close as if this is made for a lady under 5gt height. I tried using this but removed this as well. Will be using for a few months then donating it as it's more suitable for a midget lifting under 10-15kg on any exercise.
