I first wanna say that when we eat bad foods that taste good but we have the consequences show up negatively in our bodies. We don’t complain about that. Yes the tease is not desirable. I just wanna share my experience. I started taking the product. I am diabetic and have high blood pressure for now about 3 to 4 years. I take a Ozempic and synjardy xr, and two high blood pressure meds. I had issues with cravings for sugar and over eating all again within the last five years. I am also perimenopausal. I really had hopes that this product would help me with belly fat. When I got the product and started drinking it, I was expecting to taste to be a lot worse than what it was based on the descriptions from people it was not undrinkable. It does have a bitter taste. It doesn’t bother me though. After my first week of drinking the product, I can’t say I really saw anything, but I didn’t notice that there is a patch of fluid on my left leg down by my ankle that looks like a little sack that just swells, and it was very sore and sometime it would hurt. There are also times that it was swell really bad and even my right ankle might swell some and making just sore to the touch. I won’t say hurt because I don’t think that it was painful. And a truck driver so I drive long hours not as active as I should be so this just gives you an idea of who I am and as I continue what this product really did for me. By the second week people, I noticed a slight decrease of swelling on my left leg. I also noticed that the uncomfortable feeling of the swelling on my ankle was going away. By the second week, I had no cravings for sugar. My appetite had gotten to the point where I could eat one meal a day and it would just literally be too much for me. Let me go back and say that when I first got the product I took it as recommended. I took it after every meal or every time I ate a snack or a full meal and my appetite just got lower and lower the very first week by the second week I can barely do two meals a day and I’m not talking about large amounts. These amounts got smaller just because my appetite got smaller. By the third week, the swelling had went completely down all the issues with my feet and my ankle were gone. I’ve been on it now for over a month. I have noticed that I have lost some belly fat just a little, but my arms are shrinking. I am noticing a little bit of back fat gone, but these are not the issues that I want to capitalize on I want you to know that the feeling on the inside the energy, the overall feeling of Knowing that is doing good for my body is the reason why I’m holding on to this and I don’t know that I’m going to stop for me circulation and my blood pressure is doing better. For everyone else, I wish you the best of luck in taking this product. I hope that it brings you as much success internally as it has for me stick it out look at the results and if it does nothing in 2 to 3 weeks then maybe it may not be for you But give it a try every day

It works to detox your liver. The only thing is that the taste is extremely bitter. I have to have a chaser like orange juice to drink fast right after. It’s definitely all natural and anything all natural will not always be pleasant to your taste buds.

I'm almost afraid to write this review because this is only my experience and I don't want people using my review as any kind of medical advice because it's not it's simply my review and I in addition to taking this exercise drank a lot of water remained very active so my results are my results and I feel that if you're not putting in the same effort that I did with this or anything else your results are obviously going to be different. With that being said I did not have an issue with the delivery as I see many reviews have I ordered my product and received it by 8:00 a.m. the next morning because that's exactly what I wanted and it came I got this and I got the black seed oil I got the dual I haven't tried the black seed oil as yet I've only used the soursop Yes it's bitter because it's herbal bitters they're supposed to be bitter but I think if you drink water or maybe a half a cup of juice or something to kind of get the taste out of your mouth or rinse your mouth out that would help after I guess maybe day three the taste was a bit more tolerable. Yes I went to the bathroom often and they were heavy loads to put it politely. I would say by day 3 or 4 I felt lighter my appetite was definitely it changed I felt full like one day I did not eat from the day before until almost that evening and it was almost hard for me to even drink coffee like I just wanted the water and I would say it's today is one week and I have lost about 6 to 8 lb and I don't like saying that only because I don't want people purchasing this and saying oh it's going to make me lose weight like I said I remained active I am able to move a little more there's definitely reduction in swelling of my feet and ankles I feel healthier I feel a little better but this is my honest review and I say read my review and take my personal experience with a grain of salt but for me it seems to be working and I can't wait to start using the black seed oil one

Some stomach discomfort if u over take dosage. Does a good cleansing within 24 hrs. Mixes well with apple juice, pineapple. Easy to use

I purchased the Serene Herbs Soursop Bitters Liquid & Black Seed Bundle (Organic Herbal Guanabana for Digestive Support & Immune Health, 16 oz each). I’ll be honest—the taste is awful. It’s extremely bitter, and no matter how often I took it, the taste never improved and I never got used to it. That said, I do understand that bitters aren’t meant to taste good. Despite the taste, I did notice results very quickly. After the first day, my digestion improved, I was going to the bathroom regularly, and I felt noticeably less bloated. Because of that, I do believe the product works and has real benefits—for me, at least. My biggest drawback is the quantity for the price. A 16-oz bottle is simply not enough to truly test or benefit from the product long term, especially at this price point. It would have made more sense to offer a single 32-oz bottle instead. Because the bottles are small, you have to repurchase quickly to continue using them consistently. I’ve tried both bottles. I started with the Soursop Bitters, which I find slightly more tolerable in taste than the Black Seed liquid, which I just started and find much harder to drink. I also feel like I’m getting more benefit from the Soursop Bitters so far, though that may be partly because I’m less willing to take the other one regularly due to the taste—just being honest. My rating breakdown: Product effectiveness: 4 stars Value for the price: 2 stars Overall, I’m giving this product 3 stars. It works, but the taste and small bottle size make it difficult to justify the price or fully evaluate long-term benefits.

I liked this bundle overall and thought it was a nice value for getting both bottles together. The flavors are definitely strong, so it took me a little time to get used to them, but they seem fresh and well made. The packaging was good and everything arrived sealed with no issues. I’ve been using them consistently and I do like having both options. Not a miracle product or anything, but overall I’m happy with it and would keep using it.
