I used these bulbs in the kitchen light under the microwave (wow, that's an awkward sentence! ) While there are other bulb options, I like these because they give a good amount of light, don't heat up, and last a long time.

When the incandescent bulb that came with our microwave blew out I bought an LED replacement bulb (set of 2) since we use the “low” setting as the nightlight in our kitchen, and I thought these would save energy and last for many years. The bulbs were less than perfect as they had a greenish hue and flickered a little on the “low” setting, but it was ok since it was just a nightlight and they were cheap. Well, the first bulb blew out in 8 months and the second one lasted about the same. Disappointed but still hoping to find longevity and energy efficiency I saw these and decided to give LED another shot. So far these have been a big improvement over my prior junk bulbs. They don’t flicker at all even on the “low” setting, and the light gives off a warm glow just like an incandescent bulb. Nice! Considering my past experience I’m thrilled with this bulb, and if it lasts it’ll be perfect. I’ll post an update if we have a premature blowout, but so far I’d say this bulb is well worth a shot.

Great bulbs out of the box. No trouble at all and nice warm white light. Three months after screwing in the bulbs and one of them flickered for a while until it went very dim and stayed dim. I like the bulbs except for the whole not working anymore thing. Incandescent bulbs last longer than this. ——- I was outside the return/refund window and received great communication and a full refund. Already ordered another pack of two because I liked them so much, and the seller gave me the full refund anyway. Upgraded from two stars to four. Thank you!

Excellent replacement over incandescent.

I purchased these bulbs July 26, 2024. It is now April 21, 2025, and one bulb began to flicker last night. I only used one of the bulbs, which was installed in my child's bedroom in an Ikea cloud shaped lamp that hangs on the wall above his bed. It is not a fully enclosed fixture, just for the record. It's open all the way around the sides, so there's plenty of ventilation for the bulb. And, there's no dimmer on the light fixture. Just a simple on/off rocker switch, and the lamp is plugged into a high quality, surge protected power strip. My son likes the light on as a night light when he sleeps. That's the only time it's on, and then he turns it off in the morning. The seller of these bulbs claims in their Amazon ad that they last 20,000 hours. Even if we had left the light on for 24 hours a day, that would equal only about 5,300 hours. I installed the 2nd bulb today, and that one is working fine so far. I'm going to see if it lasts more than about 10 months/5,300 hours. Perhaps I just got a bad one? However, I've read several similar complaints on here, so I don't know. Time will tell.

Let There Be Light! What a huge difference. Way brighter then incandescent bulb. Hope they have a a good longevity. Used under my microwave to illuminate stove.

I use these to replace the light in our RV Majic Chef microwave. The over range light bulb went bad. I replaced it with one of these Edison style led light bulbs. It matched the warm light glow perfectly. That means we can use it as a night light in our 5th wheel camper. I do not know how long they will last, but they looked very well made and so far have been a perfect replacement.

Obviously easy to fit. I was expecting slightly brighter light .... but I ordered soft white so I cannot complain ... don’t get hot and don’t flicker on dim setting on the microwave so all good so far. If I order again I will go for the daylight ones.

I wanted to use these as range lights in my over-the-range microwave oven. There are 2 settings: full brightness, and half-brightness. At full brightness these bulbs are bright, warm and comfortable to use. At half brightness, I feel like I'm going to have an epileptic seizure from the very obvious flicker. So disappointing. I guess it's a product of the LED technology, as I've tried other LED bulbs with the same results. Wife says to take them off immediately. Now we're back to using regular incandescent bulbs that burn out every 3-5 months. Lame!
