I have some tea bags for brewing loose tea and i found them and put the tea in them. The bags the tea's in aren't big enough to allow the tea to expand. Believe me, it's a different mug of tea when the water can circulate through the tea. It has a better color, it actually has arouma, and much more flavor. I'm using Berberine (liquid) and Green Plantains as well as the Insulin plant tea. I wasn't sure it was helping, but now I know it's made a huge difference. I've totally changed my diet.
