Order was left on sidewalk.At work, a rain storm came product is garbage . Can’t speak to a real person probably won’tspeak English either typical Chinese garbage don’t deal with.

I have used many threading machines in my profession and this one is the worst. 3/4 die broke immediately. 1” and 1/2” die made terrible threads and hard to get started. 1 1/2” die made good threads. The other sizes I haven’t used. Customer service said they would replace the broken die but after weeks I have not received it.

This electric hand threader is great. After many years of using the major brand name threaders this one is excellent and cost effective. I have threaded at least a dozen 1 inch and 1-1/4 rigid conduit and this threader was flawless. Just one tip. Make sure the vise that accommodates the threader and the pipe vise are tight. I mean tight. This threader has a great deal of torque. Also, use plenty of threading oil. This will keep the pipe and the teeth of the dies cooler and make the threads turn out like their supposed to. Very pleased with this Vevor electric pipe threader.
