Another awesome Napoleon product. Nice that they use AAA batteries that are readily available rather than the watch style batteries most others use.

Very handy!
I like to cook thick steaks on the grill and got tired of raw meat centers so I started using this thermometer and never had a raw center since. I also use it to check pork roasts cooked in the oven and even turkey. money well spent!

Very slow
It takes around 30 seconds to get the temperature. This is way too slow if you want to stop cooking the meat in a specific temperature
