I bought this for my fiancee who has chronic pain. She says it helped her and is very happy with it. It's the first product that has worked for her. I tried it and to me it feels more like it vibrates than massages. However, it does help me a little to loosen tight muscles. I love that it has a heat option and multiple pre-programmed massage options to choose from, in addition to low, medium & high. The massage mat is versatile and can be used lying down or sitting in a chair. I like that it has auto shut off in case you fall asleep while using it. There is a pouch on the side with a velcro closure for the remote. I would recommend getting the larger size if available because the smaller one isn't really long enough and I am not that tall. Overall, I think this is a good product and would buy it again.

The product is too good. I used it these days after a hard week of work and it helped me a lot to relax. It has many vibration modes and several heating levels. It is helping me a lot to relieve my lower back and shoulder discomfort. Very good price for a good product.

Maybe I was sitting wrong or what but 2 of the massage balls made part of both sides hurt worse. I found them quite large. The heat inly has one setting which takes a long time to heat up. Other people may not have the same problems, as I have had several back surgeries and have hardware.

This Cupid massage pad is ideal for relaxation after a long day of work or other activities. My husband loved it because he suffers from back pain, and it helps relieve tension and pain. The heat and vibration functions make for a pleasant massage. It also has different massage levels that can be adjusted to best suit your needs. I highly recommend it; it's a very good product.

This is great if you want your butt massaged. But it is barely noticeable for a back massage even at the highest level of intensity, and there is nothing for the neck at all. What they designate as SHOULDER is upper back. What they designate as BACK is barely intensive enough to feel at all. What they designate as LUMBAR is under the cheeks of the butt, and that's the only section intense enough to feel. I threw it away less than an hour after I took it out of the box.

The vibrationsare strong enough to help me relax my back and legs after a long day and the heat option feels amazing especially when I’m feeling tense or tired. It’s long enough to coverr my whole back, and I can use it on my bed or chair.

It works well, except the motors dig in , so I just bouhhtb2 24x24 foam and put one in the back and on the bottom. Theitveorjed good. Customer service is good.
