Of the "protein" noodles out there, these act and taste more like standard noodles. They work well in soup especially. The texture is right and no funky after taste. Good purchase.

Really good noodles. I couldn't tell a difference I texture or taste from "regular" noodles... Just a whole lot less, net carbs! We need more stuff like this as the new normal if you ask me... Just my opinion
