TechnomateTM-3000 D Remote Control

Beware first of all the colour of the remote is silver not black as shown on amazon with plutodirect, When I received one I thought as it is working in terms of flicking between the channels no problem but when I tried to arrange the channels, which you rarely do the (find button) does not work as I press it a message pops up on the screen saying this function does not work with this receiver. Totally shocked with the response I got from plutodirect; saying there is no warranty with Technomate remote controls; but the issue is that the remote control is not compatible with the receiver different from what the advert says. NEVER BUY FROM PLUTODIRECT
