I got these online because i was too busy to go to the store. I have bad IBS so i experience a lot of stomach pains, usually gas build up. These work great for that. First time i got these i loved the taste, it was like candy, the more i took them i started to taste the antacid in them, sometimes it feels as though i can't get the taste out of my mouth. So they are good, they work well to relieve gas pain but they are not good for everyday use because you will get sick of the taste.

After discovering how tasty the regular Tums Chewy Bites are, I’ve pretty much entirely switched from chalky versions to chewy*. After having the regular kind for a while, I accidentally bought this version, and realized that the addition of simethicone is very smart — most digestive issues include at least some gas, and stomach acid plus Tums (calcium carbonate) produces some CO2 in the neutralization reaction. Simethicone is a pretty inert medication since it works physically as a defoamer rather than through a biochemical reaction, so I don’t mind the addition even when I don’t think I’ll need gas relief. And surprisingly I actually prefer thus flavor combo over the regular berry Chewy Bites. Btw, unlike Tums Chewy *Delights* (soft squares), these Chewy *Bites* (hard-coated soft circles) are dairy-free (at the moment at least), which I needed while breastfeeding. However, they aren’t truly vegan due to beeswax and shellac — not an issue for me but worth noting since most or possibly all chalky versions are vegan. *(The one exception is that I eat sugar-free chalky generic-brand Tums if I need an antacid in the middle of the night, since I don’t want sticky sugar in my teeth while sleeping.)

Provided instant relief for indigestion and gas I had suffered with a couple of days. Neutralized stomach acid and stopped gas symptoms . A good product for a reasonable price.
