Easy to install and connect to Wi-Fi. Bought for my mother who is a keen gardener and loves the birds that occupy her garden. App is really easy to use. My parents who are in their 70’s and 80’s find it simple to navigate. Eagerly anticipating their first occupant.

Very expensive (£300 at time of purchase) but you do get the additional ongoing app support and a helpful team if you have enquiries. And it has a solar powered camera/bluetooth! Looks okay but it bothers me a bit that it sits a couple of inches away from the wall on the bracket provided so it can move slightly in the wind. It would be more solid if fitted firmly against the wall. I fixed the bird box in November and have been very worried about stability because of the tiny screws used to fix the heavy box to the bracket. It has though survived two near hurricane force storms and is still sitting there. The metal plate surrounding the entrance hole has fallen off though revealing the thin line of glue which once kept it in place. The support team have been excellent, replying promptly to email queries and reassuring me that they had done rigorous tests on the bird house. The camera and app are very good and you always get a clear image of what’s going on inside. A few insects and fleeting visits from blue tits so far but hopefully nesting soon. You get an alert on your phone when anything interesting happens. A bit of a faff putting the bird box together and setting up the app but nothing too taxing. I’ve just added a star after reminding myself what is included in this product.

I have just received my birddy nest box. It apyto be well constructed with fist class matirels. But sadly there are some parts missing.. I can't secure the two side doors, I am missing the drilling template and the screws and amcors and the charging cable. So will the supplier please send me all the missing parts. Thank you in advance.

The straps are fiddly and the battery is always running low even with the solar panel a hard wire product would have been better
