Self Healing with Biofield Tuning Forks: Introduction to Using Tuning Forks (The Quantum Healing Series: Mastering Energy, Frequency, and Astral Projection)

Minus a few errors (about holding the prongs against the body and saying that you can reapply vibrations to an area as much as you like) it's a good book.

Well written for a person who is new to tuning forks. Easily read, lays everything out simply, and doesn't take but a couple of hours to read. This describes the basics, and is a very good "first" book to have. Good for building your groundwork for other more detailed books. This is a fascinating healing method, and it's a growing field with more things being learned and discovered. I myself am having positive results with tuning forks.

Recently, I was gifted some tuning forks. Wanting to gain more knowledge about them, I decided to give this a read. This book is the perfect guide for just that! It’s easy to follow along , it’s very informative, & all and all was very useful. I enjoyed reading it! & I can’t wait to start using my tuning forks!

This book was a good little intro

I liked that it was very straight forward and I can get to practicing right away. I cant wait to take a look at the other books in this healing series really liked the frequency chart too that tells you which frequency to use for which area of the body

These work as they should. They’re good quality. I’m not seeing some difference with using them.

If one knew absolutely nothing about tuning forks or vibrational healing this volume might serve as an ABC's primer. But there is very little informative or expanding information disclosed. The same information and descriptions are repeated in every chapter without further elucidation. Almost useless.
