I purchased this product and it waz shipped out and delivered on time and with care. I used it right away and I want to give a detailed description about this item I received. I washed my face and I put a good amount on my face and it felt cool on the skin and right away you can feel it working. Rubbing it on the skin feels pretty good and than you start to feel a prickly feeling the more you work it into the skin, it doesn't hurt, it just feels like if you got fiberglass on the skin and you only feel that when touching the skin otherwise you wouldn't feel anything. A lil time went by and my skin started to get a slight sunburn look, it's exactly the same feeling as when you use dermaroller or stamp. It really is a needle less product and does the very same thing. Skin will feel warm cause blood is coming up to the skin which you want, to receive younger looking skin. It's plumping and the pores shrink and skin really looks amazing as it's working. The prickly feeling lasts throughout the night till next day and you wake up with a glow which feels good cause that's what we're looking for being age 53. I also added the medicube jelly collagen cream to give it an extra boost of hydration and adding the collagen it helps getting directly into the skin and the 2 together work wonders! This product helps us to deliver other products deeper into the skin so using the 2 is like a powerful regimen together! You will love the results. I used red light therapy to help as well and the 3 together makes the skin look amazing as well! It seems the more you touch your skin, the more you're allowing the product to work actively. Think of it as dermarolling and adding in serum as well as the red light therapy only the dermaroller has needles. I've used many products throughout time and dermaroller has given me the best results and these products here give exactly the same results only i love the outcome much better! I will continue using these products and highly recommend them to everyone who truly wants to get their glow back and look years younger in such a short time. My only regret is waiting to purchase these products but now I have them and plan on purchasing more. The night time mask is next. I compare this to frownies but much better due to me not ripping the patches from the skin and the mask is less invasive and works exactly the same, you're not missing any part of the skin when be able to apply it all over the face. I can't wait till I can update this after a couple of months of using these products. I had to explain in detail due to comments I've seen about how much it hurt cause it was the reason it took me longer to purchase this. It doesn't hurt and I hope you purchase it and try it cause I know you won't regret it at all. You'll be smiling cause as we age, our bodies change and I know I lost the natural glow i used to have and it's all back thanks to these products!! Thank you medicube for amazing products!! This is a great serum, I was kind of afraid of trying it at first since I bought the higher level version at 7500 and reading reviews saying that it hurt to put on but once I did try it I was very happily surprised. My skin had a glow to it after application and there was no pain when applying. I rubbed it on my face, cheek to check then forehead then patted it on my face to absorb better and it was more like a very light tingly feeling but only when I patted the spot I was applying the serum to. This isn’t sticky on my skin, there isn’t a scent to it and it’s not painful, it’s also very light weight and comes out of the pump looking like a thin see though gel looking serum so this is one I use first before my pdrn collagen serum or any of my other Medicube serums because this EXO serum seems to be the lightest and very helpful to your skin and pores. This 7500 EXO feels very hydrating as well, I put it on and took a nap and when I woke it felt like a moisturizer on my face but didn’t rub of onto my pillows as it went into my skin, I touched my face and could still feel the very light tingle ( I can’t think of a different name then tingle but it’s more like when you pat or rub it into your face you can feel a light sensation on you face, it’s quite pleasant though.) I am so glad I didn’t purchase the 2000 version because the 7500 it just perfect. You can feel it’s on your face but no pain, I also made sure to use the booster pro age-r on shot mode and used the pore toner pads before. I have sensitive skin and this didn’t bother my face but if you have extremely sensitive skin then maybe try the 2000 first. It really depends on your skin. Personally I wouldn’t waste on the 2000 and just buy the 7500 because it is so light feeling even though you can still feel it, it kinda feels nice when applying. This doesn’t pill on your face if you want to use the booster mode after or apply another serum over it. I used the salmon pdrn serum on booster mode after I waited about 30 minutes for the pore shot serum to dry, I then used the booster mode after for the pore shot by putting it on level 2 and moving it up towards my forehead and still no pain,. Then used the salmon pdrn serum ( highly recommend! ) over it, finishing the 5 min for booster mode and had a lovely glow with pink cheeks. I wish I tried this exosome spicule shot a long time ago, it’s lovely and not painful but you can feel and tell it’s working on your face. I finished with the cooling jelly moisturizer and a collagen liquid mask once the 2 ( patted on my face by hand ) layers of moisturizer had dried. The next day my face felt and looked great with a nice glow to it and a glasssy finish which I absolutely love about the Medicube products, they due all work and makes your face look younger, also helps get rid of fine lines. This serum is an amazing product to start with after applying the toner pad and if you have a shot mode appliance by Medicube make sure to due that first ( before toner ) because it opens your pores and helps the serum penetrate deeper as does the booster mode, it helps your products go deeper into your skin and also helps the serums dry faster as they penetrate your skin deeper, saves time when you’re doing your night routine and is now a staple for me each night. Great skincare products! I love Medicube products and they actually work as well at a great price point compared to other brands. I always update my reviews if something changes, so if my opinion changes about this product I will be updating. For now I can’t wait to try the salmon pdrn EXO shot next!

Fast results! Medicube is absolutely amazing. I’ve seen dramatic results in just a week. My skin is smoother, plumper and has an amazing glow. Definitely a 10/10!

So I have the 2000 and 7500. I just started the 2000 and I must say this works. My smile lines are lessened. My skin is soft and glowing. It’s plump and hydrated. It’s a gel but it’s not sticky. I use the pink collagen jelly on top and in the morning my skin looks AMAZING! I actually bought the 7500 but then I got scared of the redness that might happen so I bought the 2000. Now I’m sooooo excited to try the 7500!! Oh and the 2000 barely stings. I was expecting worse. I’ll update the stinging when I try this one

I really wanted to try this product and hesitated when choosing the strength. I ended up buying 7500 version. I know that in Korea many women start with a lower number, but I went for the higher needle count hoping to see visible results. I do notice some improvement in pore size, and I’m interested in trying a version with fewer needles next. However, it causes a strong tingling sensation that doesn’t go away. I use it at night, and sometimes it’s uncomfortable to the point where I can’t sleep on my face because the tingling intensifies against the pillow.

This serum is very easy to use in terms of application, but the 7,500 PPM spicule level makes it an advanced treatment. The texture spreads easily, absorbs well, and the instructions are straightforward. You will feel the spicule sensation, which is expected. It’s important to note that this formula also contains exfoliating acids, so it should be treated as a strong, resurfacing product rather than a daily serum. When used correctly and spaced out with proper recovery days, it helps improve skin texture and overall smoothness. I had the best experience keeping the rest of my routine very simple and focusing on hydration and barrier support afterward. I would recommend this to experienced skincare users who are comfortable with exfoliating treatments. It’s effective and easy to apply, but definitely something to use thoughtfully. I use it once a week.

UPDATE 2.14.25: I really really like this stuff. No it isn't the only new thing I've been tinkering with, but it is the only new active I've thrown into my routine. Aside from playing around with some Eight Saints cleanser & scrub, this was about it. I've been using this every other day and rotating it with my tretinoin (I think I even used them on the same night at some point). I use it with my cos de serums vit c & niacinamide (carried in a base HA serum). Your skin will feel smoother than it has ever felt, you'll touch it in the shower after you wash your cleanser away and wonder whose skin you're touching. I'm not kidding. After using it last night and cleansing this morning in the shower, I got out and applied my simple HA serum with a drop each of niacinamide & vit c. Let those soak in while I messed with my hair stuff. I could see shininess on my skin in the mirror. Since I'm a very oily skinned person, I assumed it was oil already from my serums. I was wrong. There was no oil, it was smooth, "dry", shiny glass skin... not "flawless" skin mind you (I have sun damage, sebaceous hyperplasia, and hyperpigmentation from being a Sun Goddess when younger), but clean glowy glass oil-free skin. I was astonished. Texture of my skin has never felt like this. I plan to amp this up and try VT's Reedle shot once I'm done with this bottle and add my serums to that for increased absorption. But as far as this "hydrolyzed sponge" bio-microneedle ingredient stuff goes... very very cool. As someone who has done lots of medical microneedling at home with Dr. Pen, this is an awesome alternative or in between sessions way of maintaining effective skincare ingredient absorption. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used it for the first time the day I got it. I also routinely use Rx tretinoin cream & Paula's Choice BHA liquid and Mandelic Acid/Lactic Acid liquid. Of course I didn't use any of those when I wore this in the evening after doing an LED mask red light session. Based on other reviews (and b/c I've never used a PHA) I was very apprehensive about the potential "needle" sensation from the spica(?)... ummm, it was like nothing for me, I was actually a little disappointed. I was bracing myself for something worse than microneedling. This did not feel anything close to that. Yes, there were some tingles & prickles here and there, but I've applied 8-10% liquid AHAs to my face before that were WAY more stinging/burning than this was. I'm excited to keep using this item and see how things improve. I plan to adhere to the suggested q3 days and rotate it with my tretinoin. ***The ONLY reason I think my skin is ok with this item from Medicube (I'm still new to their products & dipping my toes after being solely a Cos de Baha, CeraVe, & PC user) is that this is one of the FEW items they have that seems to NOT contain FRAGRANCE! Kudos Medicube... if only all of your products were like that, b/c unfortunately, as much as I wanted to keep the collagen cream, the fragrance was so strong on my face at night that my eyes were burning/stinging from the "fumes" by morning... no bueno Medicube - get the perfume out of your products please!***

Day 1 (will come back for an update): after washing my face and using a toner pad, I applied this product. I have never microneedled before and this was my first time using any microneedling serum so I cannot comment on how it compares to the real thing. I will say that I skipped the mild and went straight for the strong (go big or go home). It did feel like little pricks on my face when I rubbed it on my face but it did not hurt at all and I don't think I have a high pain tolerance. The pricking sensation did last a few minutes but again, it was very mild. After the serum was fully absorbed, I went in with a water-based moisturizer (as instructed on Amazon). I didn't do my complete night facial routine (other serums and mask) because I wasn't sure what could be combined with it and I didn't want to cause too much sensitivity. I also didn't do a test patch (don't be like me). I just never react to anything so I didn't care too much but it's been a few hours and still no reaction. Since I have to reapply every 3 days, I will come back after 6 days to give a review on the quality of the product and let yall know if I'm seeing any results. I'm an African American with a tanish-brown complexion who's been struggling with hyperpigmentation and cystic acne since 34 years old (now 36) but after using korean skincare, I'm finally getting my acne under control. I currently have small breakouts that have already begun shrinking and some of my hyperpigmentation has cleared (prior to using this product) but I have stubborn ones so I'm hoping this will help. Stay tuned for an update UPDATE: it's been 3 weeks since I've used this product faithfully (every 3 days as instructed), and my rating remains the same. Honestly, I feel like it hasn't made a difference. If you use their toner pads, I feel like you don't really need this. As mentioned, I struggle with hyperpigmentation and cystic acne and I didn't notice the acne disappearing overnight and my hyperpigmentation is still slowly fading. Using this did not result in quicker results as I'd hope, especially after reading the other reviews.
